I was taken aback by how few people were lined up at this fantastic barbecue joint. Coming from the Midwest and visiting Texas a few times a year I found some great barbecue places. But this place, is absolutely delicious. I actually bought a few pounds a brisket and brought them back home with me to Wisconsin.
