I usually don't write reviews, but I thought I would write this one, today i went and got my favorite salad from my favorite Wendy's, well, I ordered my salad and then drove home and got there and found out that I didn't have my my dressing and my pecans. I then got back in my car and drove back to my favorite.Wendy's only to be disrespected by the an employee at the drive through window, it was very uncalled for the way I was treated when I asked to get my dressing, and pecans, I guess they thought I was lying... you would have thought that the worker had to pay for it ! My suggestion is to take that worker off the window and have nothing to do with customer care service, that worker probably should be working in the back of the store washing dishes or mopping floors! Or maybe even take a class on how to treat customers when they are being served..... My message to everyone is don't take your personal problems out on customers. Just be kind to others, that mean you no harm!

Why have a drive thru if you still have to get down to get your things D U M B guess i shouldn’t expect much from odessa and completely refused to give me my receipt or tell me my total thats a bit strange almost like they didnt want me to see what they were charging

Host: Diana, Cashier: Mirta, 2:23PM, 10/05/2025. I would watch the recording and go over customer service with these women. The employees we interacted with at the widows were rude, not personable and appear to have not been trained well in customer service.

I got the the burger special meal for eight dollars....I rang the bell for great service , I ask for ghost sauce an added myself to my burger it was delicious maybe Wendy's should do a ghost sauce burger next! I especially love going to Wendy's because of ther variety of peace teas . My favorite drink thank you Wendy's!

I usually order my burgers “all the way,” but this time I just wanted veggies—no ketchup, no mayo. That’s exactly what I asked for.
When I checked my bag, my burger came with mayo, and I kindly brought it back inside and asked for a replacement without mayo. I was polite, smiled, and thanked them.

They handed me a new burger, and I left. I wish I had checked it again before heading back to work, because when I opened it, it had mustard on it—something I didn’t ask for either, and wasn’t originally on the first one or any burger that I’ve ever ordered at Wendys. At that point, it felt intentional.

I later called to let them know what happened, and the employee tried to lie and tell me that “all our burgers come with ketchup, mustard, and mayo,” which isn’t true. She also snidely said, “we tried to give you what you wanted.”

Again, I was never rude to the staff at any point. I come to this Wendy’s often because I work close. I simply asked for what I wanted and remained respectful the entire time. It’s honestly disappointing that you can’t even request a simple correction without someone being petty. I would not recommend this Wendy’s. These are the kind of employees that make you worry about what else might be done to your food.

And just to be clear—this isn’t about being picky over condiments. I’m more frustrated by the unwarranted behavior from the employees.

After around two years of not going back to Wendy's because of a horrible experience with a Baconator meal, I decided to give them another shot. I ordered an apple pecan salad and when I got home, I found fruit flies in it... after I'd already eaten half of it. Disgusting. I won't be going back, ever. They've had their last chance. D-O-N-E.
