They over nuked my cinnabon and I didn't realize it till I got to work and couldn't go back. Sad. Was so crunchy had to throw it away. Nice service though.

This Wendy's does not serve chicken. They serve millions years old pterodactyl meat. I assume it was cut into little bits all those millions of years ago since I can't imagine them even being able to smack it with a sledgehammer without shattering the sledgehammer into little bits instead. I am alerting all Paleontologists so they can take advantage of this rare research opportunity. So don't go to this Wendy's expecting to eat and if you are not a Paleontologist and are someone just curious as to the taste; it definitely does not taste like chicken. It tastes more like flavorless overcooked and dried out thick bacon, that is if flavorless overcooked and dried out thick bacon actually had flavor. It does not.

Upon observing a nearly empty parking lot and a single customer ahead in the drive-through, a 10-minute delay was experienced before order placement, followed by a 20-minute wait for food delivery, which was subsequently found to be unsatisfactory, with burnt, cold, soggy, and excessively salted fries. I wouldn't advise anyone to go to this Wendy's. Poor customer service poor management. And they can never seem to get your order right. And if you tell them that the order is wrong. They'll get an attitude, especially the manager. Either get new staff or shut it down. I definitely think the health department needs to take a visit there. Because if this is how they treat the customers, I can only imagine how they treat the building.
Every worker I’ve encountered here has sucked. Especially the person taking orders on 9-18-2025 at around midnight. Hopefully they are fired soon. Super rude, in the middle of me ordering he told me to wait to continue because he had other things to do. I waited about 10 minutes and before I could even start talking again he told me to hurry up because he has better things to do. I sure did leave🤣. Not my first bad experience here but definitely my last. Never going back again.

Ordered inside busy lunch time no problem tool over 45mins. Went to register to ask why I haven't gotten my food very rude lady said I was last told her I've been here almost a hr asked another customer who was getting their food that he came before me. Customer even told her that I was there way before him but basically made it to be my fault that I was last for some reason.
