Highly discourage going to this store. In the past 3 months I’ve come, half the time the grill doesn’t work for any burger meal. There are 2 point of sales systems at the front counter but the manager/ shift leader require all orders to be placed at the self service kiosk.

This place is disrespectful and disgusting!!! All my years eating Wendy’s my bread is hard my food is cold the manager or shift leader that was on drive thru had an attitude cause I check my food bags in the drive thru I need someone to contact me immediately about this place my sons nuggets were hard as a rock

Ordered a Biggie Bag & Baconator combo. Received 2 chicken sandwiches, a double cheeseburger, and a gargantuan pile of fries. When I first received the order, I was missing a sandwich. The employee working the window told me it was in the bag, after I assured him it was not, he brought a sandwich & slammed the drive-thru window shut. Will not visit this Wendy's again, I'll drive the extra few minutes to JBS.

McDonald's could do better and I don't even like McDonald's. Ordered a double baconator meal, a bacon double stack biggie bag never was asked what sauce for the nuggets and was given the wrong drink asked for hi-c with no ice got sprite with ice. When we told the employee at the window we were missing a sandwich he argued with us and told us no it's in there then he gives us a random sandwich and not my fiance's baconator. Would leave 0 stars if I could. Will travel the extra distance for better service next time.

Fries were cold and stale. Burgers had a metallic taste to them. Everytime we go here it gets worse. We wont be back. 35$ wasted.
I did not receive my food. I placed the order for 12:05 pickup. By 12:22 I still had not received it. I only have a 30 minute lunch so I had to leave. Workers completely ignored half of us waiting. It was very disorganized and floors were disgustingly sticky!

Night manager on duty was cussing at us and kept giving us the wrong order 4 times like it was our fault. Over heard he messed up 7 other orders. He was rude to his employees. Thank you to the one employee that did help.

I went to get an order of dordash at 12:50 pm and they told me that they had thrown away the food and that they were going to call the manager, the manager never came and they turned off the lights of the place and hid so that we could get out of there, I had I had to cancel the order and they didn't even pay me and then when I was leaving the premises they turned the lights back on and started cleaning, I will never come back here again, 0 professionalism and nerve.

It’s 12:34 right now. Guy didn’t want to take orders at this time so he lied and said the system was down and their power was shut off, but was speaking to me through his headset. I see why this has a 2.4 rating.

Ordered fries and a frostie, not rocket science. 3 girls at the window were talking then walked away 8 minutes later another girl took my $5.51. It was 12:10pm I was the only one in line. I now know why I was the only one in line. I counted 8 worthless employees and my fries were not hot.
