Staff totally ignored me waiting to order, waited about 5 minutes and walked out! Horrible employee attitudes!
This is Texas icon! What I received tonight was insulting. It took 2 hours to get my food, and this was what I got. Not only was it burnt but it was cold, and not room temperature cold like outside right now cold. The French fries were so cold and hard my dog didn’t even wanna eat them. She eats ANYTHING, including literal poop. So that speaks volumes right there.
