Manager by the name cece is very rude and inconsiderate of how she talks to people, plus food is always late your order ONE chicken sandwich and it takes almost an hour because they never have any ready like ?????

I went inside to order my food at 12 p.m. but then I see all these people ordering food. Getting their food before me. It was 12:15 p.m. and everyone that came in was getting their food. My food was already ready but no one bothered to ask my name or anything until I said something sure enough it was ready since a long time ago. I only have 30 minutes to eat. Geez you all need to get with the program. Have someone in charge of take outs, and another one of dining in and and another one of online orders. You all need pay attention. The one Andrew's hwy is always faster on getting my take out order.

5 stars is for the young lady yall had working the window today between 1230-1245. I almost forgot what a nice person at a drive thru was like. She was very personable and respectful. Her presence at the window was quite impressive and greatly appreciated!

The drive thru line needs to more efficient.. the line takes forever.. to me if the people have a big order once they pay have them pull up in a space or so.. good grief.. it needs a lot of improvement for sure.

The managers are extremely rude. I have come here multiple times, and they are always the two same managers on shift talking about beating a customer up due to them being frustrated. They are extremely rude to customers especially if they are unable to speak English.
