Hands down the worst experience I've had at a whataburger. 45 minutes in the drive through and now they can't find my order.

Great service when placing the order. They had a busy drive thru line and still managed to get my take out order done in a reasonable amount of time. Too bad some seemed to have a slight negative attitude towards the busy night. The location will lend itself to being busy. Gotta prepare for what's to come at a busy intersection. Food was a decent temperature and taste.

How are you supposed to eat pancakes without syrup or burritos without hot sauce? Why don’t they notify on the app before you order if they’re out of something. I got to the location to pickup our order and when i gave my name, they could have advised me that they were out of stuff instead of sending us on the road without syrup. Wait was extremely long also!

Many things have changed since Whataburger, a Texas icon, was acquired by a corporation that, well, thinks and acts like a corporation. One such change is the chicken strips which went from large and succulent to chicken nugget-sized, dry and bland.
It was ok had to share burgers because they forgot one. Not so great service but WHAT A BURGER
