I’m so sad to say that this experience was truly awful. My fiancé told me for years how much he loved White House and after trying their take home burger packs, I was super excited to try the actual restaurant. Everything was disappointing from start to finish. The food is overpriced for what you get and terribly prepared. The burger was grisly and burnt around the edges but the real shame was how awful it tasted. There was zero seasoning and the meat itself tasted so iron like, I couldn’t finish it. I’m very concerned that whatever we were served was not in fact ground beef but maybe a different or cheaper meat. Honestly we had to cancel our plans for the day afterwards because we both felt so sick. On top of that, the drinks tasted bizarre. I don’t think the tea canister had been cleaned in a long long time. It was bitter and way too sweet. My fiancé got a cherry coke that was basically just cherry syrup. And finally, even the fries that are very clearly frozen from a bag, were so over cooked we couldn’t chew them because they were so hard. I’m genuinely sad to leave this review because I was fully expecting to love this place. But instead we left feeling nauseous and disappointed.

I dunno if this was an off day for them or what cause I’ve had great food from here before but the burger I had from here today was by far the worst burger I have ever had and it isn’t close. Zero seasoning, overcooked and the grind was weird, course and mealy. The fries were overcooked and definitely cooked in old oil. I was excited to try this place again after not having it in a while but I left so disappointed and honestly that kinda ruined my day. You made me sad, White House.

Odd hours of operation for a food related business. They're closed on my days off and close when I get off work.

I got some old sausage at my first time here. I am a sausage maker and was excited to try their meats. It had a very old pork flavor. I could tell it should have been frozen days before. I have no issue buying frozen sausage, but their fresh was old and not good.

20 bucks for a burger and fries, I did add bacon, and jalapeño...bacon was chewy, not crunchy. Burger was a 6 out 0tlf 10, but the fries...HORRIBLE. Just frozen out ofa bag...if they did home made fries....it would have been a 9 out 0f 10. But, 20 dollars for a burger, fires and a coke? They did have a great meat selection for cooking out, or at home, but, co workers and I went for lunch...and I don't think I'll go back...

The hamburger patty while juicy had no flavor and the sandwich was thrown together all lopsided. Looked like it was made by a teenager.
