Walked in stood there 4 people just standing around one guy actually working. Stood there for several minutes without anybody acknowledging me. Had a large order glad I didn't waste my time with this place.

I've been there to eat & every time there are flies everywhere, mostly where I'm eating. I've mentioned to the manager to put pest strips up & clean up their act. I would not recommend this place to eat

First time i went to this location it was perfect. Food was fresh and well prepared, staff was friendly. Went Saturday and the order wasn't right, cashier was still very nice but i didn't return to fix the order. Might check to see if there's another location in Odessa or Midland.

They don’t have enough people working. We waited for about 10 min before anyone came to get our order. There was a young man by the counter just chilling there. When we told him we were ready to order he said there were only 2 people working. There were ay least 4 employees there.
We saw multiple people come in and wait for a while, then leave due to lack of service. I believe they give profit to those going through drive thru.

Just came to order food and the lady working 6/21/24 at 8:58 *managers look at the schedule and time because it was only a few people there* was so rude and ugly to us because we ordered food and forgot to order some more so we asked them to add 2 more hot dogs at the window and she came and said no you’ll have to go around and order again with a ugly attitude like fighting attitude like she’s miserable working there at her grown age she said “yall can go back around and order yall are holding up the line” and slammed the window and rolled her eyes like if she’s forced to be here working like it’s our fault she works there all grown acting like that like she lied at her interview about her customer service she needs to get a better job or fix her attitude because that’s not something people want to see or hear getting food there she needs to do better it’s already ghetto in there as it is now she’s just making it more ghetto being like that
