I put 1 star only because I can't put 0.. To begin with, the boy who served me gave me an ugly face just for speaking Spanish. The bodoo potatoes. They had almost no dressing at all😤 the normal potatoes were horrible and one almost whole potato... The boneless ones were super dry, and they weren't even the flavors I ordered... I will definitely not return to this place,... Total disappointment

Very bad service, I go to pick up an order that I ordered and it takes more than 45 minutes, you can't go anywhere here in Odessa, they are all the same, it's a great shame about Wingstop

So ordered 20 wings with two fry’s said would be ready by 720 went there and sat another hour still wasn’t ready won’t give money back yet bc was placed online I understand it takes time. But this is unacceptable and food cold and sauggy I am so disappointed in this store I had issues with the other store so I thought I’d try this one at least the other one Actually has food done on time

If I could give less then 1 star I would over 1.5 hr wait for online order wings/fries were cold order was wrong called and was told to go pick up or get an IOU, manager acted like it was no big deal, they said 2 hr wait and turned ppl away but NONE of the fryers were going so ppl could get their orders....never going back better off making winds at home

I ordered food and the dasher completely messed with my food so I called wingstop and they told me they’d remake my food and that I just have to come in and get it myself, when I got there they said my order wasn’t even in the system and I didn’t even get reimbursed.

Ordered 50 boneless wings and got TINY chunks, and it took 2 hours for the order. Got home and the fries were cold and soggy, I understand it takes time to make food but this was unacceptable. That long I could make a 5 course dinner with dessert and still have leftovers.
Very bad service, they never know what happened to your order, you wait and wait, very bad service.

Ordered 40 boneless wings, i was missing wings I guess they were upset cause they had to do their job late, this is how I received them no sauce, some burnt pieces terrible quality. I guess since everyone is in the oilfield around here, you really do get the bottom of the barrel working at these establishments. Trash!!

Horrible ? we were waiting 40 minutes for an order that we requested from the app and when we went to see if it was ready, it turned out that they had canceled it and we said ok, let them return the money and according to them in 15 oh 20 minutes it was reflected in our the card and it is still the day that they do not return that money to us (that happened on Saturday, it is already Tuesday) do not go there, oh if you go, it is better to order right there and look why sometimes they also do not give complete orders.
