I'm not sure why this location is rated so low. Every time I've visited this location has been excellent. The staff is friendly, your food is made quickly, and it's always been correct. I think this location is better than the Wingstop on 42nd.

Every time I DoorDash this location takes over an hour or worse. All I ordered was corn, carrots and some ranch and I have still yet to receive my food. Even got a new dasher. These people need to put a pep in their step even when I did pickup they never have the food ready. Ridiculous. Won’t be ordering here ever again.

Brandon and Aubrielle (counter) made me love this place! So a regular customer came in so happy and they great the young boy by his name and had his order ready! He was so happy to see them and have a conversation with him! That made me melt. Customer service is always great! The team is awesome I would say. Staff is always greeting with a smile and professional! Jonathan, the GM does a great job setting example! Janelle double checks my order which I love! Thank you team!!!!!

The young men up front who worked Friday evening on 7/11/2025 were super attentive, very professional and sweet!! Great job guys. I rate food 3 starts bc i requested wings and fries extra well done- meaning crispy/extra well done. Other than that the service was excellent(=
Dasher beware. This store takes forever on dasher orders. Which really impacts how much you make per hour. The wait time is unacceptable. I had a double dash and had to shop and then came to wingstop expecting the order to at least be almost ready but nope. I have been waiting 15mins already. This happened to me earlier as well.

You can tell they've cut down on the seasonings and quality has stopped way down. I understand being busy at times but that doesn't give them the reason to be disrespectful on customers.to make matters worst I talk to the manager and she didn't seem to care. Lol DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION GO TO ANOTHER ONE IN TOWN....
