Got home to half our food missing after waiting an extra 20 min, Had to call to address the issue and drive back to pick up missing items. This establishment always has excessive wait lengths and it always extends beyond. Needs better organization and management.
Food is good like always but the service honestly sucks. It takes them almost an hour to two hours to get your food out to you and make the food. It honestly does not take that long to make chicken wings.
Never really had a problem with service but I think Texas Burger has higher quality tenders and chicken isn't even their thing. The boneless wings are sometimes so large the middle seems undercooked or the breading to meat ratio is off. Last couple of orders they have been really stingy with the sauce.
