If I could give them a zero star I would!!! My dasher was waiting for one hour or more, we had to meet her there and these people aren’t even asking if we could be helped they are hanging up all the calls. Everyone order is sitting on top of the ovens getting cold. There is about 13 customers who have also been waiting for over an hour this store is just a mess. They need better communication & faster work pace.

Did a order online to the pizza hut on Andrews Hwy and went to pick it up and doors where locked. Lights tv were on but no one answered. Called another pizza hut was told they were going to call a manger to see what it is going on and they would cancel my order and would get my money back in 7 days. Was very disappointed in the Andrews location. Now still have to wait and take to someone from this location to make sure i get my refund back

I want to commend to you a true customer champion at the 2311 Andrews Hwy location in Odessa. After I had actually made 4 previous calls to Pizza Huts in Odessa, none of which seemed interested in helping me order and get a pizza to my room. After the 4th attempt to place a delivery order with no success, I was ready to just get some chips from the vending machine and be done with, but by this time I was so hungry for pizza I decided I would try one more time, and that's when I finally made contact with Jamie. She was someone who seemed like she actually wanted to help me order some pizza. She was like breath of fresh air, a cool breeze on a hot August afternoon, and she said how can I help you. I started telling her part of story and she said, I going help you get your pizza ordered. She asked for the address where it would delivered to and she said, you know there is a Pizza Hut just down the road from your hotel and I will take your order, then get it to that location so you don't have to go through this again. She took my order and then in a few moments, my phone rang and when I saw that is was a local number, I thought, oh my goodness, now what, but it was Jamie calling to let me know that the order was placed and would headed my way shortly. Now as of this moment I have not received my pizza yet, but it has only been about 20 minutes, however given the stress and emotional frustration I've gone through to get this pizza, when the delivery guy gets here and hands me my pizza, I may just break down and cry! Thank you so much Jamie for rescuing me from the system and getting my pizza on order! Sincerely, Steve C a hungry OKIE in Odessa.

I was in a hurry and needed to feed my family before church. And thanks to the manager Mark I got my pizzas fast and w friendly service. He seemed to really care for my order. And the food was fast and delicious. My daughter is picky and only loves pizza hut. So I was happy when she was content and full. I will definitely be going back to the one on Andrew's highway in odessa.

Delivery from this location takes about an hour. Toppings and even crust on pizzas are getting skimpy. And the pizza arrives cold (not even warm). System will also show your pizza as delivered when it leaves the store, you've got to wait another 20-30 minutes for the delivery, even if you're only 4 blocks away. Definitely NOT worth the $30 for a single pizza delivered.

I purposely drove from the East side of town to avoid the HORRIBLE pizza huts on 8th, university and 42nd st. I explained why i was there and giving The Andrews st. location One last try before i quit Pizza Hut all together. Well Shana or Shannon took care of me and she was AMAZING!!! She made the pizza PERFECT and even let me check it before i left to make sure i was to my liking! She even made it herself as the manager to make sure i was pleased! She saved a customer and because of her ill be returning to THIS LOCATION "ANDREWS hwy" by Odessa college for my PH stuffed crust needs.. I would have taken a photo of the BEAUTIFUL PIZZA but unfortunately my camera app wasn't working ?. But just look at a commercial and it was LIKE THAT!! LOL ?
