Ordered a meal pack (2 pizzas, bread, cinnamon rolls) and an extra pizza for Delivery. Used the app to order. 45 min later pizza was delivered (no problem, day after Christmas… I get it. Busy) but I called to let them know the pizza order was wrong (crust) and it was hard/cold. Also was delivered by DoorDash which I thought was strange. First call I was hung up on. Second time put on hold for 7 min. Called back a 3rd time. Was transferred. Lady came back on the line and said...read full review
ordered online and after waiting 1hour for my order to be delivered they forget to bring the wings I called to the store to get a refund and they told me the wings were being delivered and hanged up on me very disappointed would not recommend pizza hut at this location 8th street in odessa
