Mold and bacteria growth on the ice dispenser at the soda machine. In my past experience, these are cleaned nightly. This clearly hasn't been done in a long while.
Food tasted ok. It was all fresh. I threw my drink away as the mold deterred me from wanting anything else.
There was only a couple of people here when we got here but it filled up quickly. Service was outstanding and the food was hot and fresh!

I had the $7 meal deal and it was fantastic! The hamburger was fresh, the service was quick and the restaurant was very clean. They earned all 5 stars, thank you for giving your very best even when it's the lowest cost meal.

I ordered steak fingers with a side salad and they refused because I was not a senior citizen! They have the meal but refused to sell me one. Manager says that corporate will not allow them to do it.

I called in my order. I even had her repeat back to me to make sure it was right. When I got there they were waiting for me pay for it before they started cooking. I ordered 2 Dude Combos. One with mayo and one with mustard. She said it would take 3 minutes but it took 30 minutes. When I got home and opened it to eat they both had mayo. I called them and she says that I didn’t tell her to put mustard in one. I told that when I called it in I said mayo on one and mustard on the other. She said that she didn’t take my order on the phone and wasn’t told. She said it was my fault and she couldn’t do anything about it. Needless to say I went over her head because of the principal of the thing. Olney Dairy Queen has really gone down hill. Double Thumbs down for this DQ.

Every time I go through the drive thru for it to take 30 mins for me to actually get my food.....there is usually a short skinny big haired lady claiming to be manager along with 3 to 5 workers doing absolutely nothing and u have to drive around after making ur order and sit and wait then just to get ur order u have to go in so what's the point of a drive thru.....the so called manager is rude and needs to act her age not her shoe size and she's teaching these young people complete disrespect instead of customer service
