I couldn't get any food because they don't know how to take an order. I tried telling them that they got the order wrong repeatedly and they wouldn't change it so I gave up and left without food.

What a dumpster fire. This place is so bad sadly because it’s one of the only places to eat in town. Our order took over 30 minutes and when they brought it to us my daughter’s shake looked like it had been made and sitting for 30 minutes, leaking down the sides.

I did an online order and arrived five min after it was suppose to be ready…had to wait another 15 and when I got my order the ice wasn’t easy, there weren’t any cherries in my drink even though I paid for extra real cherries…my burger was slipped together and messy…I asked for extra pickles and it only one two…and easy mayo and it was non existent…

This sonic is the absolute worst sonic I've EVER been to!! Just ordered 2 sweet teas and a Dr pepper with cherry and vanilla... took a drink of the Dr pepper and it had noooo cherry or vanilla in it! When you add cherry the Dr pepper becomes red (i order one daily from different sonics)... we pushed the button and some guy comes out and says "I promise it has the cherry and vanilla. I put it in there myself" I said I promise it don't the Dr pepper isn't even red and there is absolutely no cherry or vanilla in it.. he took it back in there "to add the cherry and vanilla" and brought it back the Dr pepper STILL wasn't even a little red!! And i dont trust what he did to my drink so i threw it away!!! And 1 of the teas is unsweet!! Like seriously how tf do you screw up so BADLY!! ON A 3 DRINK ORDER!?!?! I HATE HATE HATE THIS SONIC IN OLNEY!!! THEY NEEEVER GET THE ORDERS CORRECT!! MAYBE YALL SHOULD FIND PEOPLE WHO CAN READ....!!
