I was extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Subway. I placed an online order an hour in advance and specified the pick-up time as 12:05pm. However, when I arrived at 12:10pm, my order was nowhere to be found. When I asked the employee about the delay, she responded with a tone that made me feel like I was inconveniencing her, implying that I wasn't the only customer waiting. This lack of apology or effort to rectify the situation was appalling. The worst part was that there was an employee taking a break during LUNCH HOUR, which only added to the chaos and confusion. As someone who relies on their lunch break to get back to work, this mistake caused me to be late and wasted my valuable time. It's clear that Subway's online ordering system is not taken seriously by the staff, and it's frustrating to feel like my time is being disrespected. I didn't catch her name but she had a very large mole or something hanging off the side of her face. What's the point of making an order in advance if you still have to wait for them to make it when you get there?! Ridiculous.

On all my sandwiches that I ordered there were no cheese. Which I specifically asked for cheese in the order. My wrap wasn't folded properly and everything was falling out. Kind of disappointed.

Terrible experience every time I use the app. They never start my order until after I get there when the app shows its complete. Then tonight the guy gives me attitude like I'm in the wrong. Telling me they'll get to it when they get to it. Start my sandwich and stop to help the lady behind me. Skipped over my started sandwich and finish her order.

Sandwich was good. The people in there seemed very sad with what they were doing. They let me know that multiple times while making my sandwich too. I feel sorry that they don't like their job. I wish them all the best moving forward!
The youg man and young lady there in the evening, were absolutely wonderful, and engaged me in conversation while making my food. Their professionalism at such a young age was so impressive. And, their attention to detail was superb. You don't find any kids these days with ethics and values that these 2 had. They deserve a raise!!!

Didn't think it was possible for a corporate up grade and minor remodel to make it worse, but it did. I had a 6" Philly cheese steak sub. I got about 2 tablespoons of meat, 1 tiny piece of cheese, and such a tiny amount of vegetables that nothing showed when I opened up the wrapping. I actually opened the sandwich up because I thought they accidentally gave me just a bread roll. And the new signage completely covers the vegetables so you can't see what they are putting on your sandwich. I want to look at them to be sure they are bright and fresh, not old, brown and stale. For the price, surly staff, and lack of product on the sandwiches you can bet I won't patronize them again.
