I was extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Subway. I placed an online order an hour in advance and specified the pick-up time as 12:05pm. However, when I arrived at 12:10pm, my order was nowhere to be found. When I asked the employee about the delay, she responded with a tone that made me feel like I was inconveniencing her, implying that I wasn't the only customer waiting. This lack of apology or effort to rectify the situation was appalling. The worst part was that there was an employee taking a break during LUNCH HOUR, which only added to the chaos and confusion. As someone who relies on their lunch break to get back to work, this mistake caused me to be late and wasted my valuable time. It's clear that Subway's online ordering system is not taken seriously by the staff, and it's frustrating to feel like my time is being disrespected. I didn't catch her name but she had a very large mole or something hanging off the side of her face. What's the point of making an order in advance if you still have to wait for them to make it when you get there?! Ridiculous.

On all my sandwiches that I ordered there were no cheese. Which I specifically asked for cheese in the order. My wrap wasn't folded properly and everything was falling out. Kind of disappointed.

Telling me they'll get to it when they get to it. Start my sandwich and stop to help the lady behind me. Skipped over my started sandwich and finish her order.
