Sylvia's went out of business. That is great news since an excellent Bar-B-Q joint is now at that location. Big Luv's is some of the best BBQ I have ever had. The fact it is in Olney Texas is a shame because it is sooo good. Stop there every time I'm driving from DFW to my ranch near Seymour.

I love this place. I drove 30 minutes after my hour long commute just to have breakfast from Sylvia's. It was worth every second and every penny! Atmosphere ranked so high mostly because it is always tidy.

After a while of me ordering the same thing, they remembered my order and recognized me when I’d call or come to pick up. She would be friendly and ask about how I’m doing. The food is delicious and they’re always so nice!
