I have stopped at the Twice the Ice located in the Dillons parking lot in Emporia a few times. Each time I get ice, there is water in the bottom 1/8th of the bag. The ice is barely frozen, melting as it exits the machine. When I purchase it from Home City Ice which is located in several retail stores, the ice is not wet such that it is frozen solid and lasts much longer than the ice from Twice the Ice!

Great place to go for inexpensive self serve Ice. It is much cheaper to buy ice here than it is at any grocery store or convenience store. Easy to spot from the road and easy in-and-out access. You can buy loose eyes and fill up your cooler or you can bag it all at a reasonable price. 24 hours a day 7 days a week
