Nice, clean country small town restaurant. Perfect for a pleasant lunch or dinner. Pleasant staff took care of our grandkids and served decent food. The salads are excellent.Vegetarian options: Caesar and house salad, with or without chicken.
Stop in just because we like the name of the place. The food was very good seem to be homemade. Always like to support hometown cafe and not the fast food corporations. You find better food and service at these kind of place. They also had a lot of different kind of fry pies that were very good.Kid-friendliness: They had meal for the kids list of the menu. Everything that kids like to eat.Parking: Lots of room to park pull right in.

This was the first time in about 4 yrs that I've gone here. The service was good as was most if the food. I got the fried catfish plate. The fish was good but very thin pieces. They were as big around as string cheese. The fried okra was not fried long enough and was a little slimy in the middle. My husband got the steak finger basket. He said it was good, but he thought the sides should be bigger. He got baked beans in a container the size of the one they use for the dressing....read full review
