My husband picked up some supposed to be glazed donuts, they weren't even cooked all the way, brought them back and the Mgr through the worst hissy fit, started yelling and disrespecting my 62 year old man. That was so uncalled for. We'll never stop there again!

I read some of these negative reviews that it just blows my mind. I have been coming to this place since it opened never had a bad meal and the people have always been really friendly. Never had an issue with the students. He has helping him there and you know what not everybody has a perfect day every day for those of you that have but in any case this place makes excellent donuts, excellent kolaches and all their other baked goods and we are lucky to have it so close to our town, I have noticed that a lot of people that were complaining about the establishment very well lol

I've been in the area for 2 years, and have frequented this place, to help local businesses.But, A+ Donuts has the worst people ever waiting on you. EVERY visit has resulted in an AA ( attitude adjustment), missing an item on order, out of this, out of that, or wrong items in a bag. It is so frustrating dealing with this place so early in the day. ?

Grate donuts and a good place to go for the morning however the kids working there are not very professional and need to have more customer experience. Donut prices have skyrocketed but I guess that’s just inflation. A good tip is to at least great the customers when they walk in. Especially after spending 60$

Donughts were delicious, but the kids working there need better customer service training. ? They could not figure out how to box a large order and warmed the chocolate covered donughts and not the kolaches.
