I stopped by this small local ice bar and was genuinely impressed. The burger was absolutely delicious — juicy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. You can really taste the quality and care they put into their food.

The parking is good and easily accessible.
The building is an outdoor/indoor atmosphere but shielded from extreme weather! Decore was adorable.
There's bar seating or table seating with two TVs playing but on mute and there is nice music playing.
The service was fantastic, great people who were very cheerful and helpful. They made great recommendations.
The food was phenomenal!! I had the Happy Burger Plate which was cooked and assembled to perfection. My mom had the BLT that had plenty of well cooked bacon on it.
We would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a bite to eat in Onalaska!

We recently tried Big Fish Icehouse and were blown away! The food was absolutely fantastic — fresh, flavorful, and way better than we expected. The drink selection is amazing, and I loved that they even pay attention to the small details, like putting a koozie on my drink.
The service was phenomenal — friendly, fast, and genuinely welcoming. I’m honestly not sure why it took us so long to try this place, but we’re already planning our next visit. Highly recommend!

Took the ‘ol lady for a bike tide today and we finally got to try the Big Fish Icehouse. From the moment we walked in, we were treated like family, not just a customer. The waitstaff was very friendly and attentive. The burgers are the bomb! The owners come around speaking to everyone which is very nice. When she found out it was our first time there, she even gave us some souvenirs! Look forward to our next visit!
