Chaserz Lakeside Bar and Grill

Chaserz is closed down. The manager screwed the employees over, didn’t pay them, took the keys and left. They told people the restaurant was closed for renovations but that’s a lie. Hasn’t been a soul there in almost 2 weeks. Don’t waste your time checking it out. A couple of employees I know told me a month ago they would be out of business before December. The food and beer trucks stopped coming weeks ago. Check out Lakeside Oasis and Big Fish Icehouse, both are great.

Nice place!! Great view of the lake,we sat inside. Our waitress was AWSOME!! ( told her i would forget her name..sorry) We were there today about 5pm. Great BURGERS!!!!

Overpriced beer, the food is mediocre and the wait time is longer than it should be. The manager (he’s not the owner like he tells everyone) is a j*** and one of the bartenders is extremely rude and unprofessional. Spent close to $50.00 for beer and burgers that were on the dry side and pricey for the small size they were. We won’t be going back and recommend you skip Chaserz altogether.

Being new to the area, Chaserz was recommended to us when we were looking for a place to take visiting friends for lunch. This will now be my family’s go-to dining spot! Our server was Meagan and she was just perfect!The gator bites and onion rings are worth going for on their own, but we had catfish poboy, chicken fried steak, bacon cheeseburger, chicken tenders and fried shrimp. Absolutely everything was delicious. I can’t wait to go back…

I went this last weekend to see what it was like because I had heard a few things about them so I wanted to try for myself! It was me and my husband and we ate downstairs at first , food was mediocre, service was good.Here’s where it got bad, we went upstairs to grab a few drinks and rewind, and the bartender that was “helping” us was absolutely horrible. I heard her talk about a few guests as we were sitting at the bar and not in a nice tone. A beautiful women would walk up and she’d give out mean mug looks to her while the lady wasn’t looking. and I’m not the one to judge but it surely seemed like jealousy/ insecurity because the woman was significantly good looking. Then this man comes in , and their talking and chit talking and come to find out , it’s her boyfriend which is totally fine just a little unprofessional in my opinion to have your lover at your job , taking attention away from customers. They had a 30 minute conversation and didn’t even come check on us. We ordered a mix drink after she finally came to attend to us again, the drink came back with no ice.A blonde lady , who was also a bartender was also serving this night , and she was on her toes! She was absolutely amazing!The other bartender, brown hair , a bit chubby , she is absolutely horrible, horrible bartender , no personality, not good at making drinks , and not a conversation starter. Not going back if she is the bartender. I believe they called her Jess.

Lilly was a wonderful server full of energy and very friendly! I got the cheeseburger and the sourdough bun was great! Fried pickles as an app and my daughter loved them with the jalapeno ranch.

I came here a couple of weeks ago and had the fried pickles. They were amazing. Somebody else had the huge pretzel and gave me a piece and it was good. I have been craving that pretzel for over a week and finally ordered it today. What a horrible choice. It tasted like over cooked pizza dough. I ordered the cheese sauce and that tasted like thickened jalapeño juice. Then I went outside to have a cigarette and got attacked by ants. When I got the check, I find out I am paying $4.50 for a bottle of beer. This will be my last time coming here and I do not recommend going if you are reading this review. Too many other places to go that are way better. Let's end this on a positive note, the bar tenders were amazing.

I love going here. Either family dinner night on the lake. Or a date night with just my husband and myself on the bar looking out at the lake. Band nights are really cool. The fourth of July is a really great experience for the whole family.

Kid-friendliness: Have to keep in mind that there is a bar upstairs but it's still really nice. I've taken my children and haven't had an issue .

Had 4th of July with chasers and it sucked, that limited menu was horrible, I'm feeling sick just from eating there, the service was slow, we were even waiting for the chips and queso and they brought the chips and then told us the queso is gone were making more, then comes out with queso 15-20 minutes later and it's cold, then my husband asked for Jack and coke, well they "forgot" to give him one so 20min later the waiter brings it out and says someone was trying ro take it but he got it back, and it was watered down so he asked for a fresh one, and also one of the waitresses was rude. Last year was better, but we won't be eating there again there was so many things wrong.

First time visit, the fried fish was good. Beer was cold and we got to watch some Texas holdem. Overall it was nice.

Lily was new at her job, she was the only waitress waiting tables,taking orders or bringing food to the tables, I watched her fall with a big tray of food,losing only 1 plate of Fry's, n she quickly composed herself got up had another bar maid deliver the order while she cleaned up the mess,while the boss sat at his table n didn't offer her any help at all . I felt bad for her, she took our order n the food came in a reasonable amount of time, it was tasty but the gator bites were pretty greasy, n the mushroom burger was too done(burnt) not juicy at all ...the sweet potatoes fries were great but the regular fries were too dry... I felt bad for Lily she had 3large groups plus several individual tables by her self while the boss sat at his table overlooking the dining room. I'd of thought he would help out with such big orders She was ran ragged but still kept a smile on her face going up n down the stairs. The place was clean n the guy who cleaned the tables did keep up with the turn over of people that came through while we were there, n as we were leaving the bartender also thanked us for being so patient with Lily,...I just hoped I gave her enough tip that day, she deserves much more...n they need to hire another waitress to help especially during the rush/ busy, times,

We all ordered the catfish with seasoned fries. It was delicious. The waitress was attentive. The place is the perfect on the lake dining experience.They were out of a lot of appetizers when we were there which was disappointing. It was really early on a Saturday so didn't expect that but overall it was a good experience. We will be giving them another try soon.

Went for karaoke, service was good. Karaoke was great, the guy knew how to adjust the sound. Had some good singers also. Can't comment on the food because we didn't eat but I've heard it's good too.

Chicken tenders and chicken fried steak batter had WAY to much pepper mixed it. Had to peel the batter off . Margarita's were weak. Kinda tasty but weak. Gator bits and s.w. egg rolls were very good. Fish filet was small. I though there would be 2 for the price but no just one. Gumbo was pretty tasty. I don't know for sure but wonder if they got a new cook.
