We are new to Livingston area and had seen reviews for chicken fried steak @ Jerry's. They didn't disappoint ordered the smaller size chicken fried steak and it was still a large serving. Absolutely perfect. Also had catfish & shrimp plate also a very good portion size and delicious. Food was fabulous. There was only one server but she was kind and on point. The restaurant was quaint and very laid back. We are fans and will be back.
Besides the smoked spicy sausage, the food was really good. We got the sliced beef, pulled pork, and ribs. The sides included. I enjoyed the salad bar. Had what I liked, spinach, carrots, pickled jalapenos, and ranch.Our server was very kind and followed up with us multiple times. It was very busy, but she didn't forget about us and I appreciate that.We will be back. Thank you ?

The chicken fried steak here is the REAL DEAL and not from a bag! Onion rings were excellent! Service was a little slow. They looked short-handed.
The food was good, fast and hot. Not a lot of wait, even though there were nine of us. The restaurant was busy, and now, we know why. We'll visit again. Thank you.If you are looking for a good breakfast place, give Jerry's a try.

My visit to Jerry's Restaurant was an absolute delight from start to finish! The food was exceptional - from the crispy and flavorful onion rings to the beef roast and delicious fried chicken with sides, every dish was a true culinary delight. The cake as part of the lunch special was the perfect sweet ending to a fantastic meal.Beyond the delicious food, the staff and owner were incredibly friendly and welcoming, adding a warm and inviting touch to the dining experience. I highly recommend Jerry's Restaurant to anyone looking for top-notch food and a welcoming atmosphere. I can't wait to return!

Diner experience in Onalaska. Food was delicious and I cleaned my plate. The "Jerry's breakfast" was shared by two of us: 2 eggs, ham, grits, 2 silver dollar size pancake and biscuit and gravy. Yum!Didn't get dessert but the pies looked tasty and their dessert menu was extensive. Cinnamon rolls were featured at checkout but we passed on them as we had no room in the tummies. The rolls were size of saucer plate!!Good place to stop!Parking: Open paved parking lot...pick a place.
