We ordered our food for takeout. I got the three crunchy tacos meal. The only thing in the tacos was a little bit of hamburger meat and hardly any salad whatsoever.

Just your average mexican spot in the middle of no where. Food was average. For some reason they do not have a liquor license. Stop by here if you are craving mexican food, but I'd skip if you want to be blown away. Service was great though!

Im local... Haven't eaten there in years. Because it sucked...And ordered tonight on take out...food was not what I ordered when I got home ... and was terrible. Ill never eat there agsin

This place is an absolute rip-off. This is unfortunate because it's the community that keeps th open. First of all they don't opem until 11am which is when we came in. We requested a family order of tacos. We started with 13 bacon and egg. So the lady left to go ask the kitchen and forgot to return. So we had to find someone else to help we asked for 3 barbacoa but they only had enough for 2, so we got 2 chorizo. These were the skimpiest tacos we have ever seen. Every thing came thrown in a box not individually wrapped. Onalaska is a great little town with the nicest people
La Casita should be a reflection of the great community that keeps th open.

Showed up at 8:00 pm website specifically states that they close at 9:00pm you need to change the hours of service servers didn’t even acknowledge when I knocked they looked and turned there head

I was recommended this place, I don't know if it was bad timing or if we had bad luck, the woman who brought me chips gave me an unfriendly face when I told her I didn't want chips, that air of bad attitude in their service was disappointing, another point that I noticed is that the food is Tex Mex and we were looking for something more original and that is the reason we looked for this small place, even when we saw that it was Tex Mex we decided to stay but when we felt such a hostile attitude towards us we decided to save them the trouble and left the place, we are good at eating and enjoying ourselves and we prefer to go where they treat us well and where we like our food accustomed to our palate. so we headed to Houston and the truth is we held back our hunger for a little while but when we got to one of our delicious places it was worth it. When looking for traditional places closer to the original Mexican flavors go to "Los Mendoza" on Airline They even welcome you with your complimentary soup, for some delicious original enchiladas and their delicious broths and bocoles and zacahul go to "La Huasteca Mexican Grill" for an original barbacoa de pozo and enjoy their live music "El Hidalguense" for seafood nothing better than "Culuchi Town" and "el muelle" ets. for a place where you feel at home and eat delicious food with homemade tortillas at "hacienda la Ezperanza" ets. it's a shame that they judge us as they see us and make us feel like we are going to order from them like this business where we were very disappointed.

Waitstaff needs to wait on the tables not the other way around. Two bite check. Just look it up and teach it La Casita. It’s not rocket science.

This restaurant in Onalaska, TX is great for standard Mexican fare, and a couple of free margaritas. The wait staff are always friendly and courteous.

Food is always great, I've tried several meals and always been satisfied. And they have 2 free margaritas after 5pm every weekday with the purchase of your meal. Love this place.
