I normally wouldnāt take the time to leave a review for a Sonic, but this location deserves recognition and accolades for their cheerful attitude towards the customers. From the initial taking of my order and delivery of food to my car, they were only cheerful with an obvious striving to be as helpful as they could. And it wasnāt just me, I could hear the same courteous service being offered to other customers. Rhonda not only brought my food with a smile, but she even checked up on me while dining in my car. Crystal also was just as good as I saw her interact with other patrons. If I lived in the area, I would frequent this location just to be treated as well as I did today. Please keep this up! You work in a thankless industry at times, but your attitude made a HUGE difference today. Well done, Sonic. Well done . . .

The order takers here are really struggling, bless their hearts. Been here a few times and they seem to be fighting for their lives if you need to modify anything on your order, especially something crazy like āno mustardā. If they were polite at least I may come back, but Iāve never met such entitled fast food workers. Guess Iām driving to the sonic in Livingston.

Got the new cream lemonade iced beverage, it was absolutely delicious! Very refreshing on a Texas summer day. Altho when asked, she said yhey had no specials, despite the sign stating the contrary. Stil- Fast, freidly service.
Service really sucks. Wrong order 3 times in a row. Ordered a chocolate sundae and a shake the girl brought a sundae out and forgot the shake, so instead of leaving the sundae she walks away with it, so15 minutes later still no order, I want gonna pay for a melted down sundae so I drove off.

I asked again. āOk, will that be allā ā¦screen still says med. fries. I let her know āIt still says med friesā. She yells, I CHANGED ON MY SCREEN, YOU CANT SEE IT. Like Im supposed to know that. Iām done, bye. I went to BB and got a nice sandwich.
