Ordering online is such a problem. Second time now I've ordered for pickup, drove 15 minutes only to find out they did not get the order, yet took my money. Now have to wait up to 7 business days for a refund.

Kid-friendliness: I didn’t have kids with me but again the staff would probably play and entertain your kids while you eat.
Wheelchair accessibility: The staff is so friendly you could call them, place your order and they would bring it out. If you decide to go in there is a lot of room in the restaurant.

Online order. Footlong Boss was 6” and freezing cold. Footlong was paid for. Supposed to be toasted. Meatballs were refrigerator temps, mozzarella on 1/2 the sandwich, unripe tomatoes. Other meatball sandwiches were cold, too.

This place doesn't deserve even one star on rating's. Retirement age woman left alone to run store and can't handle it by herself. To the point of it interfering with her attitude and verbally expressing it to the costumers. It then gave me a bad attitude, I then verbally expressed myself and walked out. It's also a meth head hangout. Will not go back. Oh they also don't answer the phone at this place. Such a shame !!!

This little place was near Onalaska and as soon as I walked in I felt right at home, them ladies were on their toes and ready to serve ya, super friendly which makes the experience so much better!!Make sure they use your coupons if u have any double check ur receipts and definitely sign up to get points at subway member rewards so u can get them free sandwiches
