Friendly staff and very tasty treats. I usually get snocones or mangonadas. It helps if you know what you want or know someone who knows what the different treats are. I haven't been able to figure out their huge menu, but the employees have always been helpful.

Tried this place, it was so hot out yesterday. And this place did NOT disappoint. It was awesome, got two different Coconadas and both were delicious!!??
I've no complaints, a real salvation from the hot temperature.

I will NOT be going back to orange grove location. Was craving a mangodilly all day and got to the location 5-10 minutes before closing. Two vehicles were ahead of me, the one having got there exactly when I did. The first vehicle got their treat and left. The vehicle ahead of me pulled up to the window and parked. I waited about 20 minutes just for the extremely rude staff member to walk out, say they were closed. She tried to say she made sure no one else was in line which all she would have had to do was look out the window and she would have seen I was there before closing. She proceeded to rudely walk away and get in the vehicle in front of me and leave. A staff members ride should NOT park in the drive through window blocking a paying customer who was there before closing time from being served. To say I was angry would be an understatement.
I have gone to the calallen location shortly before closing on numerous instances and have NEVER been denied service or received such horrible customer service. Staff has even gone so far as to come out of the shack to get everyone’s orders who were in line waiting at closing time.
