Wow!!! The newly remodeled Dairy Queen in Orange Grove is awesome!!! The employees and especially ( who I’m not sure but she maybe a manager ~ Elise) are extra courteous, professional, and just make it a great down home good place to visit and enjoy a family friendly place to eat. Spectacular improvement in our community!!!

Ordered 2 Fish baskets (3 planks each) plus small onion ring. Cost was approx $35. The crust was a bit on the too hard side - especially at this price point. I had to pull off at least 1/3 of it and throw away as it was too hard to eat. Flavor on the rest was good.

Saturday night at 9:42 pm my family and I drove to the Orange Grove DQ to order food. We were told that we could not order anything from the grill. They would only do ice cream and fried foods. We ordered kids chicken strips and a taco salad that had to have cut fried chicken strips. The food was horrible!!! Not to mention that as we drove up to the window there was a sign that had the hours posted that on Friday and Saturday the hours were until 11:00 pm. Seeing that Orange Grove is very limited in their food service options several cars behind us decided to leave with what I can only assume would be the same reason why I am writing this review. Working as a person who teaches Customer Service skills with businesses throughout the state, this was truly a horrible experience! I feel there needs to be some training with staff and night management.

We waited in line for 25 min today after placing an order for 4 blizzards. I think they made the right away because they were a melted mess by the time we got them. There was a hike in the bottom of one cup, the collars were still on and once removed, liquid ice cream overflowed the sides of the cup. One of the blizzards was not even the correct flavor. Very poor service today!
Ordered a peanut buster parfait. They poured the entire bottom of the peanut bag in there and absolutely drenched my parfait in salt from top to bottom. Horrible.

Went the other day and ordered food and my food was cold by the time I got my blizzards and do they participate in the flip your blizzard, because all three of mine were not flipped And the only reason my food was cold is because they took over 30 minutes to get my blizzards
