Had went back home for the day on Tuesday to visit my mom and we had an early dinner here. She got the bacon jammin burger and I got my usual chicken strip basket. The food was good as usual ^.^ Liz and Will were really sweet and friendly and Lourdes the cook (I overheard Will say her name) cooked our food to perfection. Sydney, the manager, even came by to see how we were doing. She was nice and lovely and told her the food was the best in a long time. We will definitely be back soon.

I normally don't review places, but this needs to be said about the place. I took my brother out for his bday and the staff were phenomenal. The manager Sydney knows what she's doing with her crew because not only were they professional, they helped my brother feel great about celebrating his 30th. Will and Lizbeth were amazing and cracking jokes with us while Jared and Lourdes were making our order. When Will and Lizbeth sang happy birthday for my brother he got a huge smile on his face and I will forever be thankful he had a great time on his 30th. Thank you, Sydney and crew for being awesome!

Dirty, windows leak when it rains, super hot inside, heard the manager yell at her employees, food takes forever and that's if they get it correct. Even overheard an employee say the manager wanted him to clock out but CONTINUE working BCS they were over hrs. Manager is a short grey haired lady who wears a pentagram necklace. While I was waiting on my food customers walked out BCS they were not greeted or acknowledged and didn't get to order inside. Poor management and poor quality

Orange grove tx location, party of 3, I ordered a no.1 pepper jack cheese onion, mayo only.. it took 45 minutes, and 4 attempts to fix my burger correctly. No manager on duty. They dont even kno the number to their corporate office to file complaint. But that's ok. I'll look it up. There's no reason to have to fix a hamburger 4 times. No apology, no nothing. Just all of yhe people behind the counter giving me ugly looks. They scrapped and reused the buns. No hair nets no gloves handling the food i was going to eat! By the time they got it right the food was cold. I'll never go there again... this happened today Aug 4th 2024
