I went and waited in line for 15 minutes

Granted there busy I placed my order and the lady proceeded to tell me she’s busy and can’t make me a drink right now .
I’m like in my head mam we all have morning agendas but I wait in line longer then I should to support your buisness and your job is to serve customers and you tell me “no I’m to busy can’t make you a drink and shut the window “ very unprofessional and rude !!!

Donuts were at least a day old; bought them at 7 am and they were already stale and crunchy. Do yourself a favor and drive to Alice or another neighboring town for food, this is my third bad review in this town because everything is left to sit for hours or days before it gets sold. Nobody knows how to run a restaurant or food business here.

Love going here so close to home and the kids love it the gentleman is so kind

Went in at 10:30 Saturday morning and they were completely out of doughnuts. No point in having a business like this if you don't have product to sell. Also, stay away from the apple fritters. They are usually over cooked & soaked in fryer oil.

I work in the area and decided to try this place again. Not any better. The girl that helped me was rude and didn't even really ring up my purchase, just kinda threw out a random total which made me feel like she was just trying to screw me over.

So excited to have Donut palace in our town. Its clean, organized, and customer service is great! The Donuts and other items are fresh and so tasty! They also have things to drink.

It's clean service is great The best thing that happen to small town.is them being here. Very friendly owners. Good People I recommend to anyone.
