8 minutes after ordering and this is all I've seen. If the customer service is this bad, bet the kitchen is filthy too.

This store has broken drive in ordering boards, good luck finding a working one. Sonic food is ok. Not great! Service is a younger teen, respectively quick and pleasant.

App never works at this place.... the day crew are pretty good but the night crew is not professional at all all they do is play holler and get your food wrong

Missed a complete order, and when trying to call back, nobody answer the phone, called the 1888 number, someone from overseas answered, what in the world
Got a sweet tea from here with mold in it today and got food poisoning. Now they can't answer the phone. Don't go here, they don't clean their machines.

None of the menu boards work. I guess they won't ever be fixed. Pulled up to the window for 2 blasts and she said the ice cream machine is broke. Why is this place even open? No one was there. Now I know why.its that way everytime we drive by there in Ore City, Tx.

can't get an order right to save their lives, half the stalls are broken and the drive-thru speaker barely works both ways. can't even call them about a messed up order because the phone is disconnected. I can only remember twice that they've gotten an order right in 19 years. at least they can get tater tots right consistently.

Super bad service, I ordered the combo 2 and 2 children's meals Chicken Tenders and they were burned and I returned them and the one that took care of me she asked for new ones to the kitchen and what she gave me was a pretzel it's unfair to what I pay for in 2 meals for children, Sonic is getting worse :(

So firstly, this isn't against the car-hop. She was doing the best she could. I feel for her because the kitchen kept fouling the orders, and she had to keep apologizing for the mistakes she had no control over.
We arrived at 7:30 pm, Saturday June 8th. We had two orders in one car, so we used the open air kiosks near the tables. Both groups pressed the buttons. It took then about 10 minutes to take our orders. It was hard to understand the person taking the orders because the speakers seemed to be messed up. It took an hour to get our food.
After ordering, we waited another 20 minutes, and the hop brought two bags and our drinks. The food was wrong. We took inside and the manager couldn't seem to understand that what we ordered wasn't in the bags. He told us he would get it right out. It took another 30 minutes. The other group with us got their correct order, but it took abput 45 minutes for their food.
The entire time we were there that poor hop kept taking food and drinks back inside because the orders were wrong. We watched one person get their order, leave, and then come right back because their order was wrong. Another woman pulled up, got out with a receipt, went inside, and came back out 15 minutes later with a bag of food. Some of the cars left without ordering because they sat there waiting without anyone coming onto the speaker.
Some of the cars were there when we pulled in and were still there when we left waiting for food they had paid for.
This is ridiculous. I have had trouble with sonic and incompetent employees, but this has been the worst one yet.
Also, I think I was overcharged.
I won't be back to this location.
I wouldn't recommend anyone else use this place either. Find a different sonic. The one in Daingerfield seems to have it together.

The service was terrible, most of the screens where broken and we sat in the parking lot for over 10 minutes after pressing the order button and had no one speak to us. We also went the night prior and they had us sit in the parking lot for nearly 20 minutes before telling us the slush machine was down.
