We ate here 3 times in one week, Phan especially was very accommodating especially allowing us to bring in our our fish for them to cook. All the food is fresh and amazing delicious. We were there for a fishing vacation and were so glad to find them. Great food and great people.
I come to Palacios, Texas quite often. I recently started buying from trans. I will say their food is authentic but a little too much. I want to try certain dishes but I’m afraid the sauces over power the proteins. I ordered the chicken Mongolian and it’s was 8/10. It was over powered with curly carrots. But It was really good because I love spicy food. My husband had the combo fried rice and he was not so impressed. It seems it’s being cooked at such a fast pace they over...
I usually get the TSO chicken or the Mongolian beef and, always get the spring rolls. But I've ventured into their deeper menu on occasion.
All you really need to do is go to a Chinese buffet, and then go to Tran's next. You will never go to another buffet again! This is some of the best food in general but by far the best Asian food I've ever had.
