I stopped after working a 12 hr night shift. The lady was very mean! No smiles and acted as if she didn’t want to serve me. Maybe because of my skin color idk. Her attitude was very harsh. I’m a nurse and I love all people. If I treated people this way I wouldn’t have a job. But I don’t see color and I would never greet anyone with this type of disrespect. I took my hard earned money to another place. Tread lightly in places like this!!!

Best donuts in the area! Love seeing a small business put out a great product with exceptional service. Love the classics like their blueberry and chocolate glazed donuts. Prices were very fair and better than most in the area. Definitely recommending to any of my friends who pass through the area!

I been living in Palmer a few months and this is the only donut shop near me. Today she over charged me and when I realized I told her & she did give me cash back and apologized. I believe she’s done this before to me, as a mother of 3 I would think she would have sympathy seeing all my kids but if you ever go here please make sure she’s not charging anything extra! Even if it’s a few cents, my total was $29 and some charge she added to make my total $30 and some cents. When realizing, I said something , for her to give me $9 back was concerning, due to her OVER CHARGING ME on my card already!

Limited selection. More expensive. Should have gone to ennis or red oak. I get tired of taking my kids to get donuts in Ferris and now Palmer because they don’t stock enough sprinkle donuts. 11$ a dozen for glazed not surprised they don’t stock much else.

The lady was rude. She messed up our order and didn't give us our little girls donuts. Donuts taste like walmart bakery donuts. Its the only Donut Shop in town so not much to be expected since they have no competition.
