Aircon wasn’t working stafff didn’t let us know prior, forgot to ask for my app on my 2 for 30. Forgot to give me my card after charging me. Never coming her again. Needs more trying the server named

Food and cocktails were great. The service was not so great. Waitresses never brought us silverware. I had to get up and ask. Never came to give my husband a refill on his beverage.

Applebees palmhurst is our go-to for pick up take out. The food is always cooked to perfection. We enjoy their 2 for $25 fiesta lime chicken, cheese on the side, substitute the fiesta rice for cilantro rice, and 2 garden salads. 😋
I had placed a carside order and was waiting in the parking spot for about 30 minutes. I called the restaurant and never got an answer until about the 4th phone call did I get an answer from who I’m assuming was the “manager” only for him to tell me that due to safety reasons they couldn’t bring my food out. Even though I arrived well before 9p.m., but they chose to ignore my calls. So I get down to see about 4 staff members working a very dead restaurant and standing around, so doesn’t seem anyone was too busy to answer a phone call. Oh and of course my food was cold sitting on their table, and the manager nowhere to be seen.
