Waited over 30 minutes for my children meal . Then i asked to have it carried out since i never received it and one of the girl making orders for drive tru said “they took that a long time ago” how unprofessional if i have to get up and ask for my food it means i have not got it . I had always had a good experience but i will not be coming to this one anymore since many people were complaining that they they had things missing on their orders.
General manager Antonia, she didn't want to correct a delivery order that had undercooked chicken. She literally has been the rudest person I've dealt with at Chik fil a. She needs manners and respect. Avoid this location in Palmhurst.
Jacqueline was employee cleaning tables and sweeping, she was very kind and help with refilling our drinks and getting small things we forgot to get at the counter, we order ice cream and my daughter dropped hers and an employee who was going on break turned around and went to get her another we really appreciate that!! Thank yall so much chick fil A we always have an enjoyable meal here!!!
I just ordered food from there around 8:45 4/18. To start with the drive thru, the person outside taking my order was complaining to have someone switch with him. He said it right in front of me and then decided to ask what I wanted to order. Not a good Chick-fil-A welcoming.
Then when I finally got my food, the fries taste as if they got the bottom of the barrel. It basically wasn’t fresh. I’m pretty sure these fries just sat there for a long while and that’s what I was given. They were way too crunchy and chewy at the same time. I didn’t finish them.
And the sandwich felt it was done the same. Maybe this was already cooked and left in a heater section for a long while and that’s what I was given. The bread had many soggy areas. Because I was hungry I just forced to finish that.
I should have just reversed back out of the dive thru and left after hearing the guy at the drive thru complain about switching places.
This is a real experience and I’m writing this review the same day.
I have to recognize these employees ,Mareli and Alondra, along with the young man that took my order., demonstrating exceptional teamwork.
Way to go guys keep it up.
You have no clue what the customers are going through when they walk in. We need a little TLC.

Ask for extra Pickles every time we order and really never got them i think that you should be able to add extra Pickles
They always forget the sauces and lowkey mess up orders. This has happened easily over 6 times. I always have to get down and ask them to give my sauces or fix my order because they get it wrong.
The Operator (franchisor?) is very generous 😇 I always receive goodies through the app at this location. The workers are lovely and kind. It's hard not to come often.
Very amazing staff who work hard, they stand outside even if it’s cold. Last time they helped me pick what to get for my grandma!! Other than that the food was amazing . I feel like it’s the best chick fil a location I’ve ever visited to
Amazing staff walking around and keeping the seating area clean. The woman who took our order was friendly and helpful. However, my husband ordered the chicken deluxe sandwich combo and it has pickles. The description on the menu board didn't mention pickles. Just a suggestion - you might want to add it to the menu board.

Emoloyees are always pleasant. They are constantly cleaning the restaurant. Food is hot and my orders are correct.
