I’m a Doordasher. I came to pick up an order for a client. Waited an entire hour, being ignored, and passed over in favor of school orders. When I finally forced them to confront me, they told me the order I came to pick up was already picked up.
They wasted my time, ignored me, and didn’t even have the decency to check if I needed any help, all for my order to be gone. I had to force them to tell me that the order was already gone.

I waited in their drive thru a few minutes around 9:10 am October 13 and the car that got there after me was attended first. I said hello twice and waited and I just instead decided to go to a different location. First and last time that happens. I’ll choose a different one from here on out.
