great service, very clean, friendly staff and always there if you need anything. We felt welcomed the moment we entered the building, once inside Clarissa asked if I wanted any special pizza and they did it for me and enough to share with my family. Seriously loved the customer service and the food!
Hadn't been to Cicis in quite some time, but was my first time at this location. Was ok, but a slower volume store I guess. Having said this, some tables had not been wiped down as the customer has to remove their own plates at this location. It looked a little uninviting. The main reason for only 2 stars was that the pizza had tough dough as if it was sitting too long and dried out & then baked. It does not matter if the pizza is hot just out of the oven. This is a pizza restaurant. It's a buffet place. You have lots of pizzas to pick from and they can also prepare one that you would like. You can also order chicken wings. You have salad in the buffet and unlimited drinks. Dessert is included and soft serve ice cream. Price for buffet is inexpensive. Great place for the family.
