I went around 9:56 PM and was told by Amanda that they could not serve me when they clearly close at 10:00 PM. I’m not one to be rude or usually show up that late but I figured there’s still some time and the young lady was rude to turn away a customer. This is why Starbucks keeps growing. Starbucks would never turn away a customer.

I just wanted to take a moment to shout out the amazing morning staff at Dutch Bros on Palmhurst! They are truly the best. Claudia, Dulce, Val, Vanessa, Victoria, and the entire morning crew always go above and beyond to make my mornings brighter. They are super nice and consistently on top of my orders, which I really appreciate.
Every time I visit, I'm greeted with smiles, lots of energy, and laughter, making my day start off right. Even though I can’t remember all their names, I want them to know how much their positive vibes mean to me. Thank you for being such an incredible team!

The couple of times I’ve gone, the service and coffee has always been excellent. But I went this morning and this gentleman came to take my order and told me since I cut in line it’ll would take a while with an attitude. All I did was get in line!! Wasn’t aware we had to order ahead:( The coffee made up for it, super yummy!!
Look I like the coffee and drinks, but they need to keep back and give me space! Do not lean or touch my car. Stop asking personal questions like if they are my friend and act like we know you. Please just take my order be courteous and move along. We are on a time limit and do not want to have a discussion with a random stranger. Other than this everything is always great! Love the drinks and pup cup!!
