Terrible service! Order was placed ahead of time and was showing ready, 15 mins after pick up time and still waiting for my order. And to make it worse order was made incorrect. They really gotta get it together, window girl was being super moody with all the waiting customers.

I love the drinks but they take for ever to make the drinks ! Its not possible that starbucks has ine employee by itself taking orders and making drinks and they are faster than 6to8 employees at duch bros its ridiculous

horrible customer service by a barista there, she cut me off before i can finish my sentence to be helped but in a rude way, and drinks are always made wrong or watered down. never have a problem at any other dutch location but this one they need to do better

The girls at the Dutch on Conway and mile 3 are very sweet and friendly. It was my first time at this location and they really served - coffee, smiles, and great customer service. đ

I never had this happen in this location I order ahead thinking it would be ready to go that why you order ahead when I got there extreme line from the drive thru people waiting outside the window I asked the people what they were waiting for they told me that there behind orders I told them what ? The young girl told me I been here foe 35 minutes it was online order still haven't gotten instead of them making the online orders that were on time they were making the orders when they were coming in I was a little upset because people order online to get it faster then a guy with a medical uniform came in the worker ask what name he said got his order like nothing me and the girl were frustrated upset I was like what the ? So still waiting I also waited 25 minutes still that shouldn't be happening they were more concerned with the people on the drive thru and people who barely order so the young girls mom saw this almost got down then after a few more minutes the girl worker asked what name the young girl told her I been waiting over 35 minutes it was online the girl worker look like she didnt like it I looked at her she went back doing the drinks after awhile I got mad I told her ms why are you taking long for the online order her response you guys didnt have enough worker working morning hours so whoever is the smart manager who put everyone in the afternoon you need them in the morning more than the afternoon sadly will not order or go to that dutch bro again manager do better on the schedules thank you .

My family and I get Dutch from this location about two-three times a week. We go so often that the team know us as the âhot hazelnut truffle mocha with almond milk and single shot decafâ and the âlight iced, tigers blood rebelâ family. Weâve noticed the best broista who makes our hot drink is definitely Kacey!! Overall best location!!

Iâm a daily customer at the Palmhurst location on 3 Mile Line and Griffin, but todayâs experience was enough to make me consider going elsewhere.
First, the wait was terrible â way longer than usual. On top of that, I was treated very rudely by someone at the window, I believe her name was Danielle. I lightly honked to get the attention of a barista who had clearly seen me and ignored me, just so I could let them know I had a mobile order. Instead of a simple acknowledgment, I was met with a condescending lecture at the window: âFor the future, donât honk at my workers.â I wasnât being rude â I just needed help. The tone and attitude were completely uncalled for.
And to make things worse, the zigzag drive-thru system theyâve set up is confusing and unfair. I had been waiting patiently in line, only to be cut off by other cars that just arrived, and yet those customers were helped before me. It makes no sense, and itâs frustrating to see regulars like me be treated so poorly while others skip the line.
I come here every day because itâs close and convenient, but after today, Iâm honestly reconsidering. I shouldnât have to drive to Sharyland just to get decent service and be treated with respect.
Brianna provided outstanding customer service at the drive-thru, greeting me with warmth and attentiveness. She went above and beyond to ensure my order was perfect, making the experience truly enjoyable. Her kindness and effort made a lasting impressionâIâll definitely be back!
