The food was disgusting! I ordered at 10:59pm and got home 11:10 pm and the food was already super cold. One of the tacos was covered in sauce as in someone returned it and they just gave it to me. I tried calling the store but no one answered, terrible experience overall!

Is there some kind of shortage for cheese and lettuce? I love Jack, never had any complaints but I have noticed these past 3 times I’ve asked for LOADED tiny tacos, i’ve been given tacos with a pinch of lettuce and a tablespoon of cheese :/ I can BARELY see the cheese n lettuce :(( i love you jack plz go back to giving genuine LOADED tiny tacos.

I like to go here even without coupons. Bought the BoBa drink, and it really did not taste like the BoBa I've had elsewhere. I like the iced and hot coffee from there.well I do like their food also.
Parking: I can always park.
Kid-friendliness: My children have fun when I take them. They eat all food I get for them also.

We really like to eat hamburgers from this place just to take my wife and I, but on one occasion we decided to stay and eat there... And I don't know if it was bad luck or what happened, but the service at the place was very poor, They didn't have ketchup, nor did they make an effort to provide attention, and I had to see that one of the same employees will use his vape inside the place apparently in his lunch space, I'm just saying that they should pay a little more attention to their staff, but the food was good
