I ordered 2 meals separate orders so I can pay for one with cash and one with card, and the worker could not hear me and repeated the orders to me which was wrong so I corrected them and they started giving me attitude and when I reached the window, once again they gave me attitude and there was a hair in my drink

You order something and they don’t give you the correct meal, management won’t listen to customers, they will tell you they are on the right and will show you a foggy surveillance video backing themselves up, management will threatened you on calling the cops because they think you are screaming at them. I felt threatened, Not recommended, I didn’t felt welcome as a customer.

they forgot to put my egg roll. they gave me the wrong drink size when I requested a large. I told them a number 10 spicy crispy with no jalapeños I got a classic crispy with pickles? sigh i just wanted the egg roll like damn bra vary disappointed and lady literally was acting like she couldn’t communicate she didn’t give me my receipt after either food was good tho

We ordered inside and there was a young man at the counter to greet us. He was very pleasant and patient as we took the time to decide what to order. When we left with our order, the majority of the whole staff said thank you and goodbye.

This Jack in the box is the one that’s closest to me and one of the good things about Jack in the box is its price. Other than that, in this location… it always seems in a hurry or in a rush. Maybe due to the popularity but other than that. Since they are in a hurry they always somehow mistake the order. But other than that amazing food never had a complaint about it 10/10. Sometimes the employees there look like they’re done but lowkey I understand.
