The old lady taking orders at the drive thru was giving me bad costumer service, she didn't care about the order we order, she was so rude, and she was rushing me... the rest of the employees are good at their job its just this old lady, I don't know why the owner of the place check this old lady.

Very bad customer service at this place… Lady taking orders in drive thru seemed very annoyed because they were short staffed like if it was our fault! Keep in mind I was going to wait because its totally understandable but with that attitude there is no way! Definitely not going there anymore

Food is always! Smile makes good services sometimes, and it is uncomfortable but will continue because I love the food. Atmosphere sometime there are children running inside and parents don't refrain them in their area. To the point, they have runned into customers when walking to the tables. Other than that, I will continue going.

You order a salad, grill, ala Parrilla and they give you frozen chicken ??‍♀️??‍♀️???, why do they ask ala parilla! If they're going to give you a frozen chicken, cold, when it's a Southwest Grill salad! Terrible service.

my grandpa was standing in line for 10 minutes and nobody attended him, that’s ridiculous, then the lady screaming from across the restaurant to tell them to put down some churros, is crazy ? then when she took our order js straight up ugly faces and talking rude.

I took my little nieces to get milk bobba tea, oreo milk shake, curly fries n iced mocha coffee. They over charged me, gave me gross milk teas my nieces couldn't even drink. The customer service was terrible, they were making faces at me when I asked why they over charged me if the menu on drive thru had one price & they charged me way more. I would give them negative stars ? if it was an option. At the end the guy tells me oh we have a new manager than before that's why prices were different.

Went to the drive thru had a lady take my order who I could not understand when I asked her to speak up, and she kept mumbling. When she kept saying my order wrong, I went to the window to repeat my order when I asked Nancy if she was ok if she didn't feel like working because even at the window she kept mumbling when I asked her if she didn't feel like working she raised her voice and said very clear I will not serve you if you are going to be yelling when that whole time I was speaking normal. When I went inside, I asked Nancy for the corporate number. I was interrupted by Denise, the other so-called manager Denise continued to saying that they both were taking my order in the drive thru confusing as to why you need 2 managers to take turns speaking to one person over the headset Nancy then said they have been having problems with the speaker which I understand but why treat customers like she did at the window Denise then said well Nancy had a death in the family so that's why she was acting like that. I understand death is a hard thing to take, stay home with your family don't come to work and treat guests that way when I asked for the corporate number Denise gave me a number for Healthcare did she really think I wouldn't call the number. Believe me the treatment I was given is the worst if the worst experience ever with the video I took of both of these so call manager I will post on all social media platforms that way everyone knows what kind if managers you have running that restaurant.
