Food awesome like always. Service terrible. 35 minute wait after we called thru phone to order. Kept telling my husband we didn’t call there but it’s registered on the phone. Then they gave us the pizzas that weren’t it. Then having to wait still for ours. Line inside and outside was not moving at all. Another man also tried to see if he could get something for the inconvenience that they kept messing up and taking long. And they said no. 🥴 Today’s employees were just not it. Aug 10

Waited 15 min after they emailed me that it was ready. Pizza was cold and didnt give me the marinara sauce. Order was for drive thru ...I had to go inside for my order.

Ordered pizza online didnt have option for crazy crust, called and asked for it and said ill pay the difference they said that they couldnt only if ordered in there, crazy i do it this way all the time in othere little ceasars, so much for customer service

This location consistently fails to meet even the minimal service standards. Orders are rarely ready on time, regardless of using the app, and do expect to wait in line for extended periods. When you do get to the window, you’re either sent to park or handed stale food no in between, per my experince of course. I’m not writing this review to discourage customers, as the convenience of the location will keep them coming, but rather to encourage higher management to listen to actual customer feedback, rather than relying on inaccurate system reports. It's time for a change in management to improve service overall.
