â ââââ Little Caesars really needs to get it together. Every single time I pull up, I tell them my order through the intercom, and then two seconds later at the window they hit me with, âWhat was your order?â Like, be for real â did we just have a whole conversation for fun? đ Itâs giving âI wasnât listening at all.â The foodâs mid, the service is clueless, and honestly the only thing hot and ready here is my patience running out.

I went through the drive thru and ordered 3 hot and readys, along with some crazy breads. This is the second time I noticed that they give me and charge me for the EMB pepperoni pizza even though thatâs not the one I asked for. When I asked the cashier she stated that she was trained to give everyone the EMB pepperoni cause not only was it a dollar more but cause it had more pepperoni. That they consider the EMB Pepperoni pizza as the hot and ready and if I want the cheaper hot and ready that I have to say classic hot and ready, instated but I didnât say I wanted the EMB pizza you just took it upon yourself to add it and give me that one and she dated that she was trained that way. So then I said so you all are charging people for a pizza that cost a dollar more even though the client didnât ask for it. Itâs crazy how they are tricking people in buying the more expensive pizza and not even telling customers, most people donât check the receipt and just drive away.. and then to top it all off the added so many taxes now.. like WTH!!

Ordered slices and sticks, and is the worst pizza Iâve ever had. The sticks are cut like a regular pizza, and are extremely thick, when at other locations theyâre crispy and thinner. The Asm who was at the window, told us the guy who made the pizza cut it wrong, yet when I called the store, she picked up and said she was the one who made and cut the pizza. Horrible product, horrible Asm, horrible customer service. An Asm who lies to customers shouldnât be in the power of that position.
Food awesome like always. Service terrible. 35 minute wait after we called thru phone to order. Kept telling my husband we didnât call there but itâs registered on the phone. Then they gave us the pizzas that werenât it. Then having to wait still for ours. Line inside and outside was not moving at all. Another man also tried to see if he could get something for the inconvenience that they kept messing up and taking long. And they said no. đ„Ž Todayâs employees were just not it. Aug 10
