Did a curbside Order they took A WHOLE HOUR to give me my order and yet still forgot Items of my order. Saw a couple of workers on their phone through the window . DO NOT COME TO THIS MCDONALDS! They need better employees smh.

They messed up my order on Friday because they were on their phones. Called the manager and she said that nobody will be allowed to use them anymore. Went back in on Sunday and saw a regular employee using their phone. They lied to me and are gonna keep using their phones.

Waited 20 minutes for TWO fountain drinks. I don’t understand why they don’t have the machines in the front of theyre just going to take so long to get them to customers. Even the customers asking for a simple refill waited long to get theirs too

I had a really rough day and used the last $3 I had to order a simple regular chicken sandwich and a Diet Coke. What I got instead? A spicy sandwich and a regular Coke — literally the exact opposite of what I asked for. I had to go inside, wait in a long line just to get it corrected. Not a great experience at all.

Omg! Plz do better!! Why call out the order when its not complete!! Even after asking if all was there!!! So besides they forgot all the fries to my whole order!!! I go back to get half full and cold fries!!! I only live 3 mins away. Nombre so disappointed not to mention i was just liking to come back to this place but Nope!

Came to the drive thru around 3Pm and everyone was super nice. My Iced coffee cup came defective and spilled in my car. i came back and they agreed to change it. I was very happy i knew it wasn’t a mistake on their part but they still agreed to remake it.

The breakfast is ok but the employees could be more cheerful I know working sucks but at least you have a job. Make the best of it...smile...doesn't cost you a thing it's costing me money to see your annoying face early in the morning...and don't just throw the food at me thru the window...without me you don't have a paycheck ..that's for all employees everywhere..do good in school so you can get a job you like ..just saying....
