Ive knowed the manager for along time when he was still an employee and he was so nice i took a picture with him and everytime i come i say hi and today i came and reliased he was a manager now. He did an amazing job making sure everybody got service. Truly an amazing worker. Congrats

After eating and finishing my drink I wanted a refill.So I go to the counter and wait patiently after I got irritated because the manager was just standing and staring at me not helping. The girl who put food on the counter was also standing there and paying no mind to me.The lady next to me was also waiting and her husband saw that they werenât helping but just standing there so he called on someone to help her. This is just a suggestion as a client and as a three years in experience of restaurants I've been coming over here every single time and it's been super slow the problem is not the coworkers it's just one communication two y'all need 2 food runners and that's he's only objective is running food and cleaning when there's not busy and 3 cashier . It never fails that they get my order wrong. It's not hard to understand plain just meat and buns. And for whatever reason they feel like they have to add cheese. When I specifically say plain. It's never a dual moment with this McDonald's.

went with my boyfriend to mcdonaldâs, first; i got sweet and sour and buffalo sauces, thy gave me ranch?, then my boyfriend got the $5 meal it comes with a mcdouble and a 4 piece chicken nuggets, we go back to get our sauces, then leave, we get to where weâre gonna eat and he opens his chicken nuggets and thereâs only 3? someone got hungry back there or something? everyone just walking around and talking acting dumb. just horrible service, i think everyone can agree.
I ainât gonna lie, but i was tryna have patience with the workers while waiting at the drive thru but itâs been a few mins but all I kept seeing was them in a circle just chatting , can tell was puro chisme but my problem is at that time when I went home at my food I noticed all my fries are burnt they were wayyyy to crunchy i donât mind with was crunchy but these fries were way to burnt , atp next time I might just walk-in and cook my own shi
