Noodles are dry, don’t ask for chopsticks from the drive thru , you’ll be wasting your breath as they never put them in the bag.

Every time I go they never have teriyaki and at the drive thru they say that it comes out in 15 minutes and inside the store that it takes 30 minutes ??♀️
Cannot decide if im more dissatisfied with the sound system or the serviceThe system on the speaker to order is bad/not clearThe cashier could not heard me and i felt like i was speaking loud but not screamingTo where i have to keep repeating myselfI got my order with no chop sticks - no strawThe orange chicken tasted as if it was on the warmer

I could leave no stars if I could. Horrible customer service. Did not have anything to choose from 2 hours before closing and apparently did not plan on making anything.

Waited in line for 15 minutes, employees passing by never a word,asked rhe manager Joanna if we can get service,said buisy training new employee, no customer service,as I walked away do you want something or not,lost a customer for good!!!!
