The staff here are always nice and the food is guaranteed to be fresh. I do not mind waiting an extra 5 minutes if I know my food is gonna be sizzling hot. We love the stuff crust here and the wings!

I’ve given this Pizza Hut plenty of opportunities. But every time there is a promotion going on, pizzas won’t be ready. Not even at a reasonable time. Telling me I have to wait hours after I placed my order for it to be ready. Website or app aren’t accurate.

If I could put 0 stars I would we went in after working wanting some pizza and we were sitting down waiting for about 20 mins and someone came in for there pizza and then the you comes out for him to tell us they don’t dine in and we can only order online never going back again

This location always burns pizza it always looks nasty and over cooked even when I said in my comme t to no over bake due tot he fact the cheese melts off and it looks black but they never listen they don't care about customer service my experience in this location every time sucka that is why I am sticking to mcallen location they always make it nice and fresh

Ordered a “big new yorker” is supposed to have six extra large slices instead it had eight slightly different proportionate slices was dry and old. Also ordered some Parmesan and pepper and got these cups instead of the promoted one.

The app really needs to be fixed. I always need to end up calling the store because when I put that I am here , no body comes outside. I always put curbside bc I have my kiddos and I don't want to be taking them out and then in carrying stuff. But yeah it's just that the system yall use needs to actually work. I usually always end up waiting between 20 to 40 minutes here.

They seem to be understaffed, the app said the pizza was ready for pickup so I showed up and needed to wait an additional 15 minutes because it was still in the oven. Overall the experience has been good up until this point and I'm hoping that it's just a one-time thing.
