The app really needs to be fixed. I always need to end up calling the store because when I put that I am here , no body comes outside. I always put curbside bc I have my kiddos and I don't want to be taking them out and then in carrying stuff. But yeah it's just that the system yall use needs to actually work. I usually always end up waiting between 20 to 40 minutes here.

They seem to be understaffed, the app said the pizza was ready for pickup so I showed up and needed to wait an additional 15 minutes because it was still in the oven. Overall the experience has been good up until this point and I'm hoping that it's just a one-time thing.

Their service is terrible every time I come here is the same thing I order curbside and they keep me waiting and I call to the store to let them know I’m here and they never answer the phone theirs no point in ordering curbside if you still have to get your food!!

Placed a delivery order online and it said it would be delivered within 25 minutes. As soon as I placed the order I got a text it would be DoorDash delivery instead and would be 50 minutes instead. I call the store within a minute of placing the order and the call gets outsourced and I ask to cancel the delivery because I’ll do carry out instead. This outsource from overseas asks for my card info and I wasn’t comfortable providing it. He then transfers me to the store after about 10 mins of speaking with him. Could have been prevented if they didn’t outsource calls. Pizza arrived and was heavy on the sauce after asking for light sauce. Ordered half the pizza cheese and other half customized and they cut the slices half cheese half toppings.

Pizza ? was good, but very pricey, service that evening from that young lady at the front was great. The atmosphere a little shoddy. This place needs to carry Sugar- Free pop, like Pepsi or Coke, or even Sprite or 7Up sugar-free, not much of a choice with Diet Coke... Keep it simple will ya !

Very unpleasant!!! Just entering the place to pick up my order smelled terrible, apart from that the customer service left a lot to be desired, they treated me poorly. When I got home I realized that the size of the boneless ones were a joke, they were tiny, also a raw and cold pizza, I will definitely not return.
