Love these tacos!

This place is a hit or miss, the food can be very delicious or it can be very bad, theres been times iv had parts of my order missing or fell a bit rushed on what to order or have made my order wrong, but whenever I bring up my concerns of the problem with my order theres always someone thats can make up for the mix up, that being an employee or manager, so i am grateful for that that there able to apologize and take action on the issue on there customer serves skills, but other than that whenever I have a good experience the food is good the customer service is grate and I get what I payed for, so like i said its a hit or miss on this place but its not terrible, like other places that dont take your issue to consideration, when it comes to a mix up or a problem with your meal or service they are grateful at hearing you out and doing something about it 👌

I thought that it is too expensive. 1 beef flour faita taco was over $6.00 and not too big, it was a bit smaller than a regular size tortilla. The quality of the beef fajita was very good and very soft, that was very good. Over all. I don't think I will be returning. For that price I rather go to Aguilars meat market and but 1/4 of their top sirloin beef fajita and professional ably get 3 regular size beef fajita tacos 🌮
But that's just me and my opinion.

Horrible experience ...It's been 1 year since my last review and things have not changed. Customer service is horrible. They don't give you want you order and it's all the time. They food is good but I'm tired of complaining about employee being rude or making me wait 20 minutes just to get pico de gallo and it was them in the first place that don't follow the order. And it's not true about emailing your information and management will get back.

This is not the first this happens I tried to call for over 20 minutes to place an order with no answer then I get there and it's dead ... no reason not to answer the phones... however lady in the drive up window is very nice... they used to have horrible service thru drive thru

7/21/23 horrible service.. has not changed at all. I called to place an order they answered and placed me on hold before taking my order for more than 14 minutes.

Their employee Katie/Kate is rude and will laugh at you when you complain about her. Their team lead will also laugh at your face. The supervisor on shift was the only one to take me serious. If this restaurant thinks is appropriate for employees to go around and laugh at customers after the said employee is the one to mess up and think they can have an attitude is wrong. If employees have hearing problems maybe don’t put them on the drive thru.

Special shout out to Elizabeth from Taco Palenque I swear I took forever to order , I said um like 20 times , I had multiple questions and requests . She never once lost her cool , it’s late as hell and she must be at the end of her shift , and I know my voice isn’t the sweetest lol she didn’t get annoyed in the slightest . Not many people have patience , manners , respect and friendliness at drive thrus anymore. Gotta give credit where credit is due ! 👏🏼❤️

This palenque sucks first the cashier is rude then I order at 810 they take up to 40 minutes for the food to come out for the tacos to be cold and the entomatadas to be cold 🥶 I told the server and I told him tell them its cold but im taking home to heated up the guys were to slow on making the food cause they were to busy flirting with the cashier and she as well the mgr sitting down not checking on the customers I live here in mission but I have to go to sharyland cause they have the best customer service and the food is always hot 🔥 I will never again come to this place its sad I live in mission and they have the worst customers service and the food is always cold if the cashier just wants to be flirty and bad attitude stay home you ruined my dinner
