Completely missed two add on items that were both for two different children. Gave me one ranch for each of my twenty wings and old fries. Talked to different managers for them to decide they would finally replace my order. Wasn’t even busy enough to be missing items ! Money down the drain.

I love Wingstop, but without proper management, a business can struggle. I usually enjoy ordering through the app, but lately, I’ve had issues with it not reading my debit card for some reason. After multiple attempts, it still wouldn’t go through, so I decided to call in my order instead.
I was on hold for 17 minutes with no response, so I drove to the location while still on hold. When I arrived, I saw two employees standing at the register chatting, completely ignoring the fact that the place was a mess. Instead of helping to clean up or assisting customers, they just stood there.
This location desperately needs better management and customer service.

Ordered 20 min before getting to the store, waited in the store for another 45 min and by the time I got my food I was eager to leave and when I opened the bag of food I was missing my fries and the bag was full of sauce. Kids crying. Employees ignoring me. Terrible service, terrible restaurant.

Literally the worst Wingstop to go too, reconsider ordering somewhere else. People here do not know how to do their simple job, lady kept forgetting my stuff I ordered and i received my food all thrown in the bag, everything spilled on the bag, very disappointed.

On todays visit to Wingstop There was no drama like in Harlingen Palmhurst location is always full of people. There is a bit of a wait but it’s all good. Only bad thing is that they had no lemon pepper seasoning for my order so I had to change one of the flavors. Other then that it is always a great experience here. Many Thanks to the crew of Wingstop Palmhurst for always doing their best.

Everytime I go i always have to wait 30mins plus to get my order. Tonight I downloaded the app and decided to order ahead of time to get my order as soon as I pulled up to pick it up. I placed the order on the app at 5:25pm and set pickup time for 6:30pm. I got there at 6:25pm asked if it was ready no such luck waited another 15mins asked the lady she said it's almost out. Waited another 15mins still nothing I got my order at 7:26pm . While I was there I heard nothing but complaining customers that hadn't got their food yet. Don't know how this place is run but they always seem to take a long time to get orders out.
Food was cold. Took them almost 2 hours. Fries were cold and dry. Never ordering delivery again.
