The worst wingstop I’ve ever had. I think the problem is this location specifically. We received our fries with no seasoning. How do you forget to season the fries? The estimated wait time was 18 minutes and when we got there they told us another 15-20 minutes. When we go back to check on our order it was ready, however, everything was cold. I’ll never go back to this location again. To top it off the drink fountain wasn’t working.

The service here has gone down recently - mostly the long time for food to be ready. Taking over and hour and a half. I have had no issues with the food and this location is near my house, but will start going to another Wingstop location.

Waited 30 minutes for cold wings and fries. The 10pc boneless wings i bought had only 8pcs and a bunch of breading crumbs. Also the chicken pieces werent fully covered in sauce either.

Wow. Shoutout to the Wingstop cashier for redefining customer service — if by “service” you mean standing there with the personality of a wet napkin and the speed of a broken turtle. I guess smiling, saying hello, or even pretending to care is too advanced for this establishment. Honestly, I wasn’t sure if I was ordering food or interrupting their very important job of glaring at the counter.

If I wanted attitude with my wings, I would’ve asked for it on the side of ranch. Congratulations, Wingstop, your cashier makes DMV employees look like Disney cast members

Yall messed up my order bad I ordered the classic and they tasted like straight up oil of some sort and were dry make that make sense I was lookin forward to eating them but stopped yall needa do better and let it come to realization that y’all can hire everyone. I always order from here but today I order a 20 piece wings and all wings where soo dry they didn’t have any sauce on them , I believe is the worker they have now ! Honestly worst experience ever , my wings look like a cow lick them literally

I took my boyfriend there to try out wingstop for the first time, it was the most amazing juicy wings he ever had, we are definitely going back to this location again with great, friendly, help staff and manager. I also took my baby there to try chicken for the first time what a memorable moment for us

Me and my friend order a basket of fries and it took them 40 minutes. When they were already ready while we were waiting. I went to go ask 3 times and they told me to look the board to see the line. Very rude service. Then I finally told them that I’ve been waiting 40 minutes and they just gave me a random basket of fries that were laying there forever, like they were just ready and they didn’t even attend me those 3 other times I asked. The fries weren’t even seasoned properly and were cold. Then I had paid for ranch and hotsauce and I showed them my recipet and everything and made me pay for it again. They also kept giving me blue cheese ranch, when I kept asking for normal ranch. Horrible experience, never happened to me. It wasn’t even busy to the point that they can’t attend me for 1 basket of fries!!! Never again.
