This Wingstop is clean and well maintained. Team workers are very friendly especially Lizeth. Shes very attentive and helpful with my orders. Overall would recommend this Wingstop.

Me and my friend order a basket of fries and it took them 40 minutes. When they were already ready while we were waiting. I went to go ask 3 times and they told me to look the board to see the line. Very rude service. Then I finally told them that I’ve been waiting 40 minutes and they just gave me a random basket of fries that were laying there forever, like they were just ready and they didn’t even attend me those 3 other times I asked. The fries weren’t even seasoned properly and were cold. Then I had paid for ranch and hotsauce and I showed them my recipet and everything and made me pay for it again. They also kept giving me blue cheese ranch, when I kept asking for normal ranch. Horrible experience, never happened to me. It wasn’t even busy to the point that they can’t attend me for 1 basket of fries!!! Never again.

This is the worst Wingstop I’ve ever been too. I will never come back to this location.

The employees are super rude
Place is dirty
They get my order wrong everytime
They made me wait over 20 minutes past the time my online order was supposed to be ready and then only gave me half my order and the wrong sauce.
The old lady in the front is extra rude and rolled her eyes at me.

Needs better management.

Fries were rock hard and wings weren’t good this time and also they poured the Korean sauce all over the original hot side.

Ordered online, said ready for pick up in 30 minutes, just to get to the restaurant and wait an hour and a half…and when I did receive my order my fries were very cold. The dinning area was full of customers also waiting on their orders. Worst wingstop I’ve been to don’t come here.

Order was supposed to be ready at 8:12 and didnt get it til 9:00. When I asked for the manager, the assistant manager nonchalantly let me know my order was ready and gave it to me. This place needs better management

Placed an online order for pick up. Wait time said 18-33 minute wait time only for it to take over an hour to get our food. Then I call to ask why this is an issue and the worker tells me that the online order get mixed up or pushed back over the in store orders.

I always come to this wing stop and never had a problem but last night I placed an order of 8 mild wings and 7 lemon pepper and the wings were so dry they didnt have any sauce on them.

This place ALWAYS takes way to long when you place an online order it says 30 min we get there and they still havent even started on our order we ask about how long they cant even give you an estimated time. Then you try to cancel the order and they dont give you the option for cash you have to wait 3-5 days for the money to go back into your account. Ridiculous. Its always the same thing when we decide to eat here.

I order from this location a lot as it's the closest to me. Service has been declining more and more. Even when not packed they take too long this last time, they did state they were taking 30 min to get an order but it ended up at 1 hour. Also even when ordering combos they pack all the wings in the same container. They are combos for a reason.

Not satisfied with this Wing Stop location. They’re okay with messing up the order and want to roll their eyes when told the order is messed up. It’s not the first time my order has been messed up. This place seems to constantly mess up orders. Very disappointing!

Poor management!!!! Bad food and real bad manager. I called for a complaint first of all it took them like 20 min for them to answer my call but calling multiple times then Valeria puts me on hold to TRY to get the manager again for another 15 to 20min then trying with other phones to call they then pick up but they put the phone on the counter or something because I was listening to all there conversation and not about work it was bad words and when Valeria comes to the phone and I told her what I heard and demanded to speak to the manager she still couldn't get him she said they were to busy to answer yet I heard them talk about getting arrested but at the end the manager did not come to the phone end of story he did not do his job so I do not recommend this place
by the way my complaint was about the boneless chicken nuggets were toasted burnt !!!!

Poor management bad food bad service. Don't recommend this place. Manager can't even answer the phone for a complaint. This Wingstop should fire all employees. I would rate this place with zero star.
