Placed an online order at 9 when we went to pick it up they said the order wasn’t showing just my name? I got charged 24.99 for it but there was no order? I got a confirmation code and an email thanking me for the food order. The cashier called the manager over and said “just give it to them” but why say that if I paid for them. Manners come a long way. They made us wait for 40 minutes for an online order, might as well eat there.

Truly the most disappointing trip to any Wingstop I have ever experienced! We ordered our food and it 40 minutes to get our order! You’d think it was great and hot, 75% of our food was cold to the touch. Fries and corn were the only “warm” food on our table. Soda machine kept turning on and off.

Who in the world is managing this place and by the looks of it nothing but kids with no work etiquette or respect. Watched another customer address an issue to one of the cashiers and watched walk away laughing in customers face just sad service to see. Service here is a joke at least with the pm crew.

I had ordered the all in bundle that comes with 16 pcs of boneless wings, 6 tenders, and 3 ranch cups, and I got a large ranch on the side. I had called to place the order to be picked up around 9:45 as I was meeting up with someone and had only a 30 min lunch break in mcallen so I had placed the order thinking it'd be ready by the time I had asked. When I had gone there it was a bit busy and when I had asked for my order they said it was going to be another 15 minutes, I was in a rush but waited and when the food finally came out I had asked if the extra side of large ranch was in there and they said it was. When I had gotten to my destination I had opened the bag to see on box containing the wings and 3ranches apart from the bundle. Since I was on a time crunch I wasn't able to go all the way back and me and my partner finished eating l. Afterwards I tried calling then around 11 and was put on hold for over and hour up until they closed. The next day I had called again before I left for work around 10:40 and was on hole for about 30 minutes until I finally got to work when a girl( forgot to ask for her name)had picked up and finally serviced me, when I had told her the issue she said that they can possibly do a partial refund for the tenders and ranch and that she'll ask her manager. She had gotten my phone number and said she'd call me soon to let me know what I can do. I had a 9 hours shift and not once was I called about the situation. After work I finally went down to see what they could do about the situation the only thing they could do was refund the ranch and give me credit for the tenders. I'm not a fan of tenders as they were for someone else when I had ordered so I asked if I could get a refund on what the price of 6 tenders were or something of equal but the manager Ezekial said they don't sell 6 pc tenders they would be able to do that as well as because it came I a bundle they wouldn't be able to do anymore and I should've came back that day when I noticed I didn't receive my food after I had expressed that I had no time to check and come back. In the only the only thing I was able to do was get $4.10 for the large ranch and credit for the 6pc tenders. Disappointed they couldn't do more.

Worst place to eat or order from they forgot to add the sauce on 5 of my wings the said they could not redo them since nothing was wrong with the wings but could give me bbq sauce so I can put it on my on and I ordered lemon pepper fries but they forgot the lemon pepper but also offered some lemon pepper to but it myself. Very bad management will never order there again.

Such a horrible place. I never do this but this experience was the worst. They got my order all wrong, didn’t want to replace it. They forgot wings. To top it off I called the hanged me up. The GM also is petty and will not do anything to help.

Came in here for an order to go and waited 35 minutes until I was given my food. Yet they were calling people ahead of me who just walked in and ordered 10 min after me!!! Had to refill my drinks before I left cause of how watered down they were by the time I got my order 🙄

Very bad experience, last night I went for a pack of 20 boneless. My surprise was that they only poured the sauce on top, the potatoes were all cold, the boneless ones didn't even look like boneless, they were very small, they looked like leftovers! McDonald's nuggets were bigger! I do not recommend it!!!!!

I recently visited Wingstop and had a great experience. I tried the classic lemon pepper and mild. Both exceeded my expectations. The fries were also seasoned nicely.

The customer service was also excellent. The staff was friendly and quick to take my order. The atmosphere was laid-back, and the restaurant was clean and inviting. One thing I would like for them to improve on is the music selection.

The food was amazing. The cooks are so good looking, i almost want to EAT them! The manager Joaquin is so fast and the one with curly hair bags those orders so hard fries were amazing and the emo makes great fries. 10/10 haters ganna hate 😏😏👀

Employee are very rude don’t have any customer experience half of my wings were plain and dry I asked for extra sauce so I can put on my wings and they were rude about made a big deal I asked to speak to the manager and they said he was very busy he could not come to the front to speak to me and that next time I ordered to order them wet but half of my order were plain and dry very bad management I think they all need to be retrained especially the manager.

They’ve really been slacking, wings barely have any sauce on them and you have to actually announce yourself while 3 people are waiting at cashier just looking around before they help you. Terrible.

Worst employee and really disrespectful. They close the restrooms at 11pm really and restaurant it’s open until 12 PM so they expect us to eat with are hands dirty …. I will never go to this place ever again
