I placed an order and when i received my order they completely forgot about one of my items I had ordered, I called about 5 times and they never picked up the phone. Wouldn’t recommend this place!

According to the online order my order was to be ready in 25-30, 40min later it’s wasn’t ready. Worker was not helpful and said it would still be another 30 minutes and that the online time is never accurate. By the time I got my food the fries where cold. This is the 3rd time they do this but I guess I shouldn’t be surprised since it’s an everyday thing with wingstop

I ordered online at 9:40 I got my order at 11:05 , manager and other little kids there kept telling me 10 min every time I asked how much longer this is ridiculous my fries were ugly burned old oil and wings super cold and hard they need a manager who’s going to get down and dirty with them in the back to get the orders out she was just standing there rolling her eyes , there was about 5 orders people gave back saying it was not what they ordered I hate to be a karen but they need to step it up

I am extremely disappointed I had picked up my food and while I was eating there was a round metal ball in my food I feel disgusting and I just feel like that was extremely unsanitary and I could literally not eat my food after that. I really do not understand where that metal ball could have came from or how it ended up on my food.

Food was good but you close at 12 atleast let rhe people eating inside eat in piece,10:10pm you put the chairs up on table around me,then watching the game while eating you turn the TV off at 10:35! Manners go a long way.

Orders wings for dine-in, the moment they were called out they were already COLD. Like refrigerator cold. I asked the cashier register a very basic question about a promo they had posted right outside the register and they just said "idk" and shrugged.

I'm very disappointed with the service at this location. My order was not ready when it should have been. I understand that it was busy so I waited and waited and they never called my name. So after waiting the 20 minutes I went up to check and my order was just sitting there getting cold. They never called my name. I didn't have headphones in or anything. I was listening intently. Absolutely terrible service.
