Very bad experience, the manager was extremely rude to my son and screamed at him that they were out of meals! They don’t pick up phone and purposely leave it unhooked so you won’t call anymore. Extremely unprofessional.
I ordered a bacon king combo.....but no bacon was on the burger.

Waiting for 30 minutes for the food I ordered the bacon king and didn’t put no bacon. I live 20 minutes from Burger King worst place ever.
Today I went because my daughter likes the burgers in this place because I travel short of time and I pass through the drive tru and only avia about 5 cars in front of me and without lying they took more than 40 minutes in line, I told the lady who I was in front of me because they took too long and they said that because they are short of staff and already in that a woman with hair with a man cut apparently and very rude told me that they did not have employees if I wanted to apply for Working with her mouth saying that I had a business, I hope that she would better get to work than they pay her for that, not to be rude to the clients, as a business owner, these types of people do not agree to have a sheet, these types of companies would be more careful to those who hire.

We went yesterday to experience the SpongeBob meals , dam everything felt so real , they had the cute sponge talking but then goy cut off by some rude lady ,which played a excellent squidward , followed by 13 minutes of silence after calling out a young man answered gave us a order. That he recommended, and then to top it off he for got half of our order then we enemy inside got a silent treatment … Mr.Krabs and squidward were on point

Went inside to order since it was empty they prioritize drive through never took our order so we decided to go through drive through and still never moved the line. Guess they’re helping ghost or something
Just once I’d like to receive my food in less than 30 minutes. Wether it’s drive thru, order by app or inside order the crew in this restaurant fails every time!!! Always a bad experience.
The wait was about 45mins long, it took so long that the vehicles behind me started honking.

The slowest burger king in the RGV. Alot of cars end up leaving before they get to the window cause they take forever. It's supposed to be a FAST FOOD RESTAURANT. No one wants to wait half an hour for a freaking burger.

Almost 10 min. At the drive thru this morning with only 2 cars ahead of me. I get to the menu to order and I still have to wait a moment. I have not been in line this long at a drive thru. Lady states that she is by herself. Where are the workers at?

The food it’s really good but I went today at Burger King at night and there’s a big line on the drive thru and inside as well they hired a lot of new people and they are super slow.. I order and they took like 20 min… just to get my order were the store manager she can come and help as well

Hate to have to write this review but here goes. Used to be a fan of Burger King but is my last trip Halloween eve, around 530 pm husband and I came in for light supper. Workers seemed stressed w orders. Going to the pop station I found it to be very dirty and grimy. Drains looked as if coffee grounds had been dumped all along the fountain area. Ketchup area filthy and little supplies available. While we were waiting for our food and realizing it was Halloween night we noted a small child dragging a small dog around, up and down the play area and eventually she came to the main dining area and still continued to swing and drag the poor dog around. The dog tried to get away from the small child. Even though she was very young she did not have proper family supervision and did not realize she was hurting the small pet. It also was clear that it was not a service dog. We love dogs but this was clearly an act of animal neglect/abuse.
As winter Texans we feel that dog should not have been allowed in your food establishment and your supervisor needs to review what makes a really good establishment. We left feeling not good about what we saw. We are done with BK.

I’m in the drive thru for about 15 minutes waiting for them to take my order and they never did!! I couldn’t move up cause there’s cars in front, I kept saying “hello” no one would answer, they get bothered because they didn’t take my order… I ordered 8 pc nugget meal for my son I get home and there is only 4 nuggets in his box!!!! Pero buenos para Cobrar y no echar la comida Que pide uno!!! Never again…
