I ordered take out for a coupon of a family pack that consisted of 6 burgers and 3 fries. I got home and I realized I was missing a burger. I called them and they didn’t pick up.

Bad service I came here for a door dash order and to maybe get something to eat while I’m there and I was being ignored while everyone else was their order. And being attended to I wasn’t and I just left not getting the ordered I came to pick up and I didn’t want to order cus customers had to wait for a long time to get theirs I said no and just bounced
For some reason any type of Soda i order always taste somewhat like cardboard. Bread on my chicken sandwich was super hard.

Ordered on the app for my 4 kids. Ordered chicken fries got 1.99$ chicken nuggets instead. Contacted support with no help, refused to take the nuggets back & give me what I paid for. Instead they offered 1000 points! I didn't want points when I spent almost 30$ for nothing because I had to drive somewhere else & rebuy lunch. I don't see how a big chain can be stealing like this but they are because they refused to correct a mistake they made. Last time we buy food here now that I know they make mistakes & refuse to correct it. They have a phone for nothing because they don't even answer it.

My mobile order had a double patty but they forgot 1 of the Patty's. Also don't order on the app and dine in. They passed my order number and when I asked about it, the manager told the person in the back to start making it. Maybe I just had bad luck. Also they did add the patty to the incorrect order but they didn't add an extra cheese even tho the double cheese burger has 2 cheeses.
