15 dollars for a pound of carnitas is a little on the high side. Otherwise friendly staff, good salsa, good atmosphere. Some of the food in my pound was just chunks of fat. Some people like that though.

Amazing place to come have some carintas and chicharrones, Me and my wife came down from Edcouch we had been wanting to come here for awhile because in our area they dont serve good carintas nor chicharrónes either, so we finally drove and came and honestly was so worth the drive and definitely will come again. The server was so pleasant and very helpful and nice, the way they serve you for your food is amazing, salsitas and onions and cilantro and more mix of onions with habanero and jalapeños well severed also with there homemade tortillas echas a mano, amazing what else more can you want. I give this place more than a 10/10/10 star rating. Plus was not expensive at all. We’ll definitely come and take the drive again for there amazing food and service. They have more selections as well. Thank you again Carnitas Aguilar ???????

This place is a hidden gem. It's small setting gives you a home cook meal feeling. The food speaks for itself, delicious. My dad had the Menudo and the portion was generous and tasty. Would recommend this place to anyone who likes or wants to try carnitas!

This was very disappointing, we recently moved to Mission and was looking for a good Chicharones and they were so disgusting. They tasted old and reheated and we had to reheat them again at home. They were cold. Also, they were so greasy and had to squeeze them into a napkin. Next time we will be driving all the way to Alamo to Eddie's. Now those are good Chicharones. WASTE OF MONEY, VERY UNSATISFIED. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED PEOPLE.
