We came here for my husband’s birthday and we were extremely disappointed. I ordered the aguachile ribeye and it was RAW. not to mention the wait just for getting our drinks was literally an hour. my husband ordered a steak and asked for medium but came out well done. he didn’t even take it back from how long we had to wait for our food, which was an hour. We got there at 8:30 and ended up leaving at 11:30 just from waiting. And that is because the restaurant was basically empty. Never coming here again, would give ZERO STARS.

They offer $120 bottles before 10pm but if you arrive at 9:45pm and order a bottle they take a while to put order in system after 10pm so they can charge you more. Server took a while before coming to ask if we needed anything. We spoke to manager and all she said was she couldn’t keep track of time the bottle was ordered.
Music was great.

The lunch menu is very reasonably priced too.

Place seems a bit upscaled and the booths were a bit too big and uncomfortable, but the staff was friendly and the food is delicious.

The food is not wow but for the price it is okay. The atmosphere very good. The waiters are also very friendly. The problem is that they don't separate your account. We were more than 15 people (5 families) and we ourselves had to separate the accounts. I think that's not right. If you are lost, let them know when one arrives to find out.

Management needs to get it together. They’ve been advertising that brunch is served daily from 11-2, I brought my mother her for her birthday/Mother’s Day celebration. We arrived at 1:15 and we looked over the brunch menu. At 1:30, we were ready to order and ordered items from the brunch menu. We were then informed that brunch would not be served on Mother’s Day. We asked why and the response was ‘it takes too long.’ We then asked why it was being promoted. We were told that there’s 2 managers and that one is in charge of social media and the other handles in store business and neither of them communicated with each other for the decision to be made that brunch would not be served on Mother’s Day. Very disappointing experience.

The food is good, the salsas not hot, but the tuna tostadas were good. Drinks are strong La Passion drink. Great music and ambiente alegre.

I’m not the type of person to leave reviews but Apparently a medium RARE steak means BURNED & they didn’t want to take steak back or give any apology because apparently that’s how I asked for it. Waiter/ Cook explained that RARE = more cooked???! For reference I got a 8oz sirloin steak. These Mexican owned restaurants should just stick to tacos, pasta & drinks & not try to be a steakhouse bc they CLEARLY have no idea how to cook a steak. (I’m Mexican) Also water is $5 so just prepare for that.

We decided to try Cero Tr3s Cocina & Bar for breakfast. The atmosphere and service were wonderful. Beautiful music playing and everyone made us feel very welcome. The Café de Olla was superb and at an excellent price!The breakfast options are very limited and we felt they were lacking compared to the price range. We would love to return if improvements were made to the breakfast menu.
