The night manager (can't remember his name at the moment) goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy! Our family will be coming back to this location anytime we are craving chicken!

Waited 30 minutes for a 9 pc nugget, 2 ladies up front ignored counter and just focused on drive thru I made myself known many times and I still got ignored, elderly GM lady took my order, I appreciate that she didn’t camp in the back office and came to take my order such a shame that they give drive thru priority and not take out or dine in, this isn’t the first time I’ve been to this location and I’ve waited but this time was excessive

I went through the drive thru so I didn't see the environment inside, but their food is DELICIOUS.

Take an astronomically long time in drive thru and have bad customer service. Considering some of the other reviews say this location messes up orders often it’s ironic they take so long between orders. Also the drive thru is hell. Once you drive in there’s no going back they really need to rethink the structure of it.
